 Really very good fish dishes (dry and crispy frying), good quality / price ratio too. The guy who served us was very nice and that never hurts. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camera e struttura consona al territorio, ottima la cucina! Raramente ho mangiato meglio in un hotel. I due ragazzi che gestiscono tutto da soli sono veramente gentili e si fanno un mazzo tanto! Bravi.
Room and structure suited to the area, excellent cuisine! I have rarely eaten better in a hotel. The two guys who manage everything by themselves are really nice and they make a lot of it! Well done.

Carpaccio di trota delizioso e frittura di pesce superba . Servizio cordiale ed efficiente. Ambiente curato e gradevole. Il menu è molto ricco, torneremo per assaggiare altro. Consigliato.

I servizi igienici sono puliti, i letti sono dotati di materassi moderni e comodi. L’ambiente fresco e silenzioso a settembre obbliga già l’uso del pullover o felpa in serata. Prezzo delle camere moderato e invitante. All’interno dell struttura c’è un ristorante con menu discretamente vario La cena a base di carne o pesce è il piatto forte della struttura. Piatti vari e ben curati con spezie e verdure e di accompagnamento. Stasera abbiamo cenato con solo pesce ed effettivamente era fresco e ben cucinato. Anche il vino è di qualità pur non spendendo grandi cifre. I gestori sono molto disponibili e gentili. Ottimo rapporto qualità -prezzo
Comfortable rooms furnished with antique style pieces, after all the house is ancient with architectural elements in stone and brick. The toilets are clean, the beds are equipped with modern and comfortable mattresses. The cool and quiet environment in September already requires the use of a pullover or sweatshirt in the evening. Moderate and inviting room rates. Inside the structure there is a restaurant with a fairly varied menu. Dinner based on meat or fish is the main dish of the structure. Varied and well-prepared dishes with spices and vegetables and accompanying. We had only fish for dinner tonight and it was actually fresh and well cooked. Even the wine is of quality without spending large sums. The managers are very helpful and kind. Excellent value for money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivate per “errore” abbiamo trovato in questa struttura del personale molto gentile e alla mano che ci ha fatte sentire come a casa! Ottima posizione vicina alla stazione e al centro città.
La camera era semplice ma pulita e accogliente, l’unico neo del nostro soggiorno è stato il bagno, piccolo e da sistemare.
Questo inconveniente è stato riparato da un’ottima cena servita nel loro ristorante dove si poteva vedere e percepire molta cura nei dettagli e nella qualità del cibo.
Sebastiano, il titolare, è stato molto gentile e disponibile!
Arriving by "mistake" we found in this structure very kind and easy-going staff who made us feel at home! Excellent location close to the station and the city center.
The room was simple but clean and welcoming, the only drawback of our stay was the bathroom, which was small and needed to be fixed.
This inconvenience was repaired by an excellent dinner served in their restaurant where you could see and feel a lot of attention to detail and the quality of the food.
Sebastiano, the owner, was very kind and helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed one night at the Antica Lanterna in May 2022. I highly recommend it - both as a hotel and a restaurant. Our room was bright, pleasant, clean and comfortable. Lunch at the restaurant was delicious - lots of local produce and traditional recipes. And on top of everything else, the service was splendid: friendly, helpful and tolerant of our (poor) command of Italian. We loved our stay.
One piece of advice for other travelers: remember there is another hotel/restaurant in the same city with a similar name. We first showed up at the Lanterna, and realized in a few moments that we meant to arrive at the Antica Lanterna, which is quite different and lies in the opposite direction from the train station.
