★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il pane cunzato è semplicemente un'esperienza sensoriale: nella top 3 dei "panini" mangiati in vita mia. Ad un prezzo onestissimo (3,50 ed è bello grosso). La panificazione è magistrale anche nei dolci. Se passate per Monreale (e passateci perché è bellissima), questa tappa è obbligatoria.
 Pane cunzato is simply a sensory experience: in the top 3 of the "sandwiches" eaten in my life. At a very honest price (3.50 and it's pretty big). The baking is also masterful in desserts. If you pass through Monreale (and pass it because it is beautiful), this stage is mandatory.

Per dirla in due parole: sapori di una volta!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forneria/Panificio abbastanza fornito sia per pane di tutti i tipi di farina che biscotti di qualsiasi forma e pasta fresca ,sfincione e pizza al taglio aperto tutto il giorno anche la domenica mattina.
Forneria / Bakery sufficiently supplied both for bread of all types of flour and biscuits of any shape and fresh pasta, sfincione and pizza by the slice open all day even on Sunday morning.

Une pépite ! L'endroit est beau (même le plafond), et toutes les pâtisseries sont délicieuses, a un prix très abordable. Nous aurions dû en goûter +. Une attention spéciale au gâteau amande pistache, a essayer !
