Turn from the main street, follow a small sign on the wall and reach this small Formaggeria. The place is often visited by locals so there will be always several local clients inside and several waiting outside.
Constanzo (owner and seller) is very friendly and kindly organised a degustation for us.
Highly recommended to try Mozzarella, Burrata and Caciocavallo. Wine and appetizers he is selling are excellent and accompany his cheeses perfectly.
Credit cards are accepted, vacuum packaging can be organised by request so you can bring delicious cheeses home for your loved ones.
