An institution in the center of Padua. Obviously the price cannot compete with the big chains but they are always courteous and willing to listen to your needs and advise you for the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato varie volte in questa ferramenta per acquistare quasi sempre piccole cose poco costose che in genere non si trovano nei supermercati e devo dire che più del 95% delle volte le ho trovate e quando non le ho trovate quasi mai le ho trovate altrove. I commessi sono informatissimi e gentilissimi, la merce è di ottima qualità sia quella più propria di una ferramenta che i casalinghi, come ormai è d'uso si usano i biglietti per fare la fila per cui non si rischia di attendere inutilmente se si ha fretta, i prezzi nella media delle altre ferramenta.

I have gone several times to this hardware store to buy small inexpensive things that are usually not found in supermarkets and I must say that more than 95% of the time I have found them and when I have not found them almost never I have found them elsewhere. The clerks are very well informed and very kind, the goods are of excellent quality both the most typical of a hardware store and housewares, as is now customary, tickets are used to queue so there is no risk of waiting in vain if you are in a hurry , the average prices of other hardware stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'antica ferramenta è famosa a Padova per due motivi: per essere storica nel centro e per essere la più cara della città. Vado lì solo in caso di estrema necessità, preparandomi a sborsare più del dovuto. Aspetti positivi: la posizione centrale e che bene o male ha le cose necessarie.
The old hardware is famous in Padua for two reasons: for being historic in the center and for being the most expensive in the city. I go there only in case of extreme necessity, preparing to shell out more than I should. Positives: the central location and what good or bad it has the necessary things.
