★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was literally sent here by the hotel guide. (I’m fairly certain they get kickbacks for some of these ‘suggestions’)
The location is incredible with some fantastic views in a quiet spot (compared to Venice).
I don’t eat raw fish or shellfish often, and rarely overseas, so I can’t speak to that. However the fish, sea bass, grilled, was great and though I hoped for grilled vegetables, the fried vegetables were ok. (A little too much breading)
The dessert was my favorite part of the meal.
Truly enjoyed watching the boats and the ferries coming and going. Great spot on a sunny day.

In my case I was also with the perfect partner in crime, so 10/10 the rate of today lunch. If you are in the area don’t miss to have a bite here.

The dishes came at different times and the waiters were disrespectful. The bottle of wine we ordered was not available and we were suggested another bottle which (without being informed) was way more expensive then the one we ordered previously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing location, nice food, nice service. One little disappointment: the bill. They were expecting us to pay cash making us one price but when we told them that we wanted to pay with card they charged us 100 euros more. We asked for explanation and they told us things like "this is Venice", "we have commission fees to pay", etc etc. Where i live the bill is always ONE but most of all, instead of being happy for earning more than 1000 euros (in an empty restaurant) they got mad at us. Such a pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to celebrate our engagement and the award of my doctoral thesis in this restaurant on a beautiful summer evening. We were 6 people with a small dog.
Apparently our dog and the fact that we were tourists were a thorn in the eyes of the owners. For the entire evening we were taught brusquely, extremely snippy and annoyed and arrogant, for example, in which glasses we should pour our water, so that there is no more water bowl for our dog. That our bill can by no means be split. That the napkin is not removed from the table when the plates are cleared. No excuse that our car was completely parked by other guests and staff. The service of the untrained staff was hectic and unsorted. The food didn't come in the right order. I do not list many other points, otherwise the review will be too long.
We went home completely annoyed, partly intimidated and indignant about such arrogance on the part of the owners. We then toasted our festive occasions somewhere else.
Conclusion: This restaurant can only be recommended if you arrive directly from Venice without a dog, as a couple, without children and with a sailing boat and want to enjoy a high-priced meal of mediocre quality. Maybe then you will be served nicely. The standard suggested by the owners through their demeanor and indirectly through the price range was met in no way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the most amazing seafood of my life! I am from Florida and can say the sea bass was exquisite. The restaurant owner and his wife were kind and courteous. The view was breathtaking. A literal dream.
