C	Carla Simonelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace ma quando ho chiamato per prenotare non mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto portare asciugamani e cuffie e quando sono andata mi hanno fatto usare le loro, facendomi pagare 30€ IN PIU SOLO PER AVER USATO UN ASCIUGAMANO E UNA CUFFIA... Inaccetabile mi sono sentita truffata e presa in giro!!!! Avrebbero dovuto avvisarmi al telefono se era così importante da farmi pagare addirittura 30 euro per essermi asciugata 3 secondi con un piccolo asciugamano.. ad altre spa in cui sono andata mi hanno sempre fornito tutto GRATIS.. UNA TRUFFA I'm sorry but when I called to book they didn't tell me I should bring towels and headphones and when I went they made me use theirs, charging me 30 € MORE ONLY FOR USING A TOWEL AND A HEADPHONE ... Unacceptable to me I felt cheated and made fun of !!!! They should have warned me on the phone if it was so important that they even charged me 30 euros for drying myself 3 seconds with a small towel .. other spas I went to always gave me everything for FREE .. SCAM

Complimenti soprattutto alla receptionist Sara che ci ha coccolati dall’inizio alla fine, in particolare portandoci la tisana a bordo piscina. Da rifare assolutamente. Chi scrive è la titolare del centro estetico e spa Antares, Donatella Di Marco, con la presente voglio chiarire a tutti i lettori la recensione fatta dalla Signora Carla Simonelli precisando quanto segue: la signora Simonelli si è recata presso il nostro centro per usufruire di un percorso benessere pubblicizzato in offerta al costo di euro 25 a coppia, su richiesta della signora Simonelli che ha preferito di non usufruire dell'offerta limitata nella tempistica, bensì di raddoppiare la tempistica all'interno della struttura. All'arrivo della signora/i ci siamo premurati di avvertire gli avventori che il kit spa non era compreso nel prezzo in offerta , premurandoci di metterla a conoscenza che il kit aveva un costo aggiuntivo di euro 15 pro capite, in quanto non avendo spontaneamente usufruito dell'offerta. Premesso che la signora ha lamentato che le è stata data solo una tovaglietta, ci tengo a precisare che il kit spa è composto da accappatoio, asciugamano, cuffie e ciabatte, messe a disposizione degli avventori. Faccio presente inoltre che la prenotazione è obbligatoria per garantire la privacy ai clienti, e che le condizioni e i costi vengono stabiliti prima di usufruire dei servizi, personalizzati e non di massa. Il personale dimostra professionalità e capacità di ascolto, ma soprattutto disponibilità nei vari passaggi dal primo contatto al momento del servizio stesso. Io ho usufruito dei seguenti servizi con grande piacere: massaggio ayurvedico e linfo drenaggio, pedicure, ceretta. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta di come ogni dettaglio mi abbia fatto sentire come a casa e lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole valorizzarsi e stare bene.
