Intervento di sopralluogo fatto in pochissimi giorni e a costi più che ragionevoli (€ 30 di uscita). Mi hanno sostituito il condizionatore ormai molto vecchio in pochissimi giorni. Non conosco personalmente il titolare, ma i suoi collaboratori davvero bravi, competenti e disponibili. CONSIGLIATO I contacted La Annoni right in August and very close to the Ferragostana holiday. Found open and available. On-site inspection done in very few days and at more than reasonable costs (€ 30 exit). They replaced the now very old conditioner in a few days. I do not know the owner personally, but his collaborators are really good, competent and available. RECOMMENDED

Il personale gentile e disponibile, il titolare scorbutico e maleducato: il termine professionale non fa parte del suo dizionario. Mi è stata fatta la revisione della caldaia dimenticandosi però di sfiatare un calorifero, questo ha portato la caldaia a perdere pressione che di conseguenza è entrata in blocco. Capisco che di domenica siano chiusi (ci ha tenuto a dirmi che i “suoi ragazzi” la domenica sono in chiesa a pregare il signore), ma è stata una mancanza loro che mi ha portato una notte e un giorno senza riscaldamento e acqua calda. Il problema me lo sono dovuta risolvere da sola facendomi aiutare da un esterno che mi ha guidata per telefono, cosa che avrebbe potuto fare anche lui se fosse stato un po’ più professionale e disponibile, gli avrebbe tolto 5 minuti della sua giornata e avrebbe risolto un problema (problema che il 30 di luglio poteva essere rimandato, il 1 di NOVEMBRE un po’ meno!!!!) Ogni tanto, urge ricordare a queste persone che si viene pagati con soldi buoni e bisognerebbe fare quindi un buon lavoro. Sconsigliatissimo! Mai più!!! It doesn't even deserve a star !! I understand that on Sundays they are closed (he kept telling me that "his boys" are in church on Sundays to pray to the Lord), but it was their lack that brought me a night and a day without heating and hot water. M	Massimo Pallanza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io sinceramente mi sono trovato molto male, la pompa di calore è stata installata in ritardo perché inizialmente è arrivata in ritardo (colpa di Mitsubishi a dire loro), l'estate scorsa andava in stallo giornalmente ed il problema si è ripresentato anche quest'anno, inoltre in inverno crea una pozza d'acqua sotto il motore nonostante il sistema di raccolta. Contattati più volte tramite whatsapp con foto non si degnano di rispondere. Settimana prossima cercherò assistenza altrove visto che fortunatamente è ancora in garanzia. Ci siamo rivolti ad Annoni per una riparazione alle tubazioni del gas in cucina, problema risolto con una spesa minima e un servizio impeccabile quando da un precedente controllo ci avevano prospettato la necessità di dover rompere pavimento, muro e rifare parte dell'impianto. Inoltre, di fronte alla necessità di un parere di un esperto per un problema condominiale il signor Annoni si è dimostrato disponibile e professionale nel valutare la situazione e le possibili ipotesi sulle cause del problema. Nel metterci mano all improvviso mi ha detto che la caldaia non funzionava più e che dovevo cambiare la scheda costo 200 euro!la caldaia prima dell arrivo del tecnico funzionava benissimo!siccome mi sono un po alterata ho voluto parlare con il titolare il quale mi ha detto che se la caldaia non funzionava era responsabilità mia non che il tecnico non si sa cosa avesse fatto è anzi mi a anche detto che ero maleducata e di stare calma !poi non so cosa altro ha fatto il tecnico ha rimesso la mia scheda e la caldaia è ripartita.spero adesso funzioni altrimenti ho detto loro che li denuncio ma mi ha fatto arrabbiare il fatto che hanno fatto passare me per nevrotica e maleducata. Ci hanno provato a rifilare una nuova wcheda? Comunque non li chiamerò mai più eccome altre recensioni che ho letto non meritano nemmeno 1 stella! I called this company to clean the boiler. Tempo per verificare il problema 15 minuti, prezzo 80 euro. La caldaia non aveva niente, era solo da riavviare. State lontani, piuttosto chiedete ad amici e parenti persone fidate ed oneste. SCANDALOSIS. on 24/12 the boiler goes into lockdown, being from Melegnano I call them, practically under the house. Time to verify the problem 15 minutes, price 80 euros. Anche se credo che non si riferisca a noi ma a un nostro eventuale omonimo in quanto a differenza di altri concorrenti credo che siamo abbastanza accondiscendenti nel accogliere e risolvere i problemi nel minor tempo possibile, se no saremmo usciti il 24/12 per un semplice riavvio caldaia. Ad ogni modo se ci vuole interpellare per un eventuale chiarimento ci troviamo in Via Vittorio Veneto 22 - Melegnano.
