★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuto da Milano per comprare un filtro dell’aria cabina e ho ricevuto un ottimo servizio; poco tempo dopo mi si accende una luce sul cruscotto e decido di telefonare a loro. Mi risponde una persona che innanzitutto mi chiede se sono sicuro di voler andare da loro a far vedere la macchina vista la distanza, e successivamente non riesce a capirmi e chiede di ripetere più volte cosa dico. Finalmente riesco a prendere un appuntamento per la settimana successiva. Mi presento e non gli risulta neanche che io avessi prenotato e non si rendono neanche disponibili a propormi un altro appuntamento o controllarmi velocemente l’auto (un altro meccanico da cui sono andato successivamente ci ha messo solo 5 minuti). Peccato perché i tecnici sembravano competenti e mi sarei affidato volentieri a questa officina per svolgere alcuni lavori importanti sulla macchina, ma adesso mi rivolgerò a qualcun altro.

A person answers me who first of all asks me if I'm sure I want to go to them to show the car given the distance, and then he can't understand me and asks me to repeat what I say several times. I can finally make an appointment for the following week. I introduce myself and he does not even know that I had booked and they do not even make themselves available to offer me another appointment or quickly check my car (another mechanic I went to later only took 5 minutes). Too bad because the technicians seemed competent and I would have gladly relied on this workshop to do some important work on the machine, but now I will contact someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voto SOLO 5 stelle perché di più loro ne meriterebbero, ho trovato per caso la macchina dei miei sogni qui dopo una chiamata ho fissato l appuntamento per parlare e visionare il veicolo, mi ha seguito la signora Rossella a cui devo mille grazie e il signor Luca entrambi oltre che professionali molto ma molto umani che di sti tempi e una rarità, al momento dell acquisto mi anno fatto un ottima valutazione del mio usato, mi anno sempre chiamato loro per informarmi sull arrivo del mio veicolo, consiglio a chiunque vorrebbe prendere una macchina di fare un salto qua perché ti ASCOLTANO non come in altre concessionarie (e parlo per esperienza) che ti vedono solo come un numero, da carfora vieni trattato davvero bene e questa è una cosa bellissima, senza parlare del fatto che hanno un officina di prima qualità e non ti abbandonano quando acquisti la tua auto ti seguono sempre e ti aiutano per qualsiasi eventualità, e al momento del ritiro avrete senza dubbi controllo pieno grazie a tutte le spiegazioni dettagliate su OGNI TASTO della macchina.
Se avete anche solo l idea di cambiare automobile fate un salto qua rimarrete più che soddisfatti il mio voto e realmente 100 su 10.
I only rate 5 stars because they deserve more, I accidentally found the car of my dreams here after a call I made an appointment to talk and view the vehicle, Mrs. Rossella followed me to whom I owe a lot of thanks and Mr. Luca both professional and very but very human that of these times and a rarity, at the time of purchase I made an excellent evaluation of my used, I always called them to inform me about the arrival of my vehicle, I recommend to anyone who would like to take a car to pop here because they LISTEN to you not like in other dealerships (and I speak from experience) who see you only as a number, at carfora you are treated really well and this is a beautiful thing, not to mention the fact that they have a workshop as before quality and do not abandon you when you buy your car they always follow you and help you for any eventuality, and at the time of collection you will have no doubt full control thanks to all detailed explanations on EACH KEY of the machine.
If you have even the idea of changing your car, take a leap here you will be more than satisfied with my vote and really 100 out of 10.

Ottima comunicazione e chiarezza negli accordi. Tutto fatturato. Consegna della macchina sotto casa in Val di Fassa con camion chiuso (nevicava !).
Very nice people, car as mentioned in the site. Some delays in registration and delivery, however, not due to the dealership. Excellent communication and clarity in agreements. All billed. Delivery of the car under the house in Val di Fassa with closed truck (it was snowing!).
