The pizzeria with a Quality Pizza! Excellent dough, excellent local products used, light and full-bodied at the same time, Try it! Excellent alche the price ratio, very honest .... Nutella pizza strips and pistachio grains to finish sweetly, VERY RECOMMENDED??Small but well-kept, clean and comfortable room?

Sono un feticista della pizza e vi assicuro che ANNATA91 è ECCELLENTE.
Altissima qualità su tutto...l'impasto soffice e leggero ....ingredienti di altissima qualità....panuozzo eccellente e anche la friggitoria super...... TUTTO FRESCO ..... un'esplosione di gusto al palato ben equilibrato.
Consigliatissimo il mio voto 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ se potrei anche più......voto 10 ?

I am a pizza fetishist and I assure you that ANNATA91 is EXCELLENT.
Very high quality on everything ... the soft and light dough .... the highest quality ingredients .... excellent panuozzo and also the super fry ...... ALL FRESH ..... an explosion of taste well balanced on the palate.
Highly recommended my rating 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ if I could even more ...... vote 10 ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Annata 91 is a beautiful pizzeria in the heart of downtown Solofra. The space is newly renovated, with brand new tasteful furnishings.
I am a vegetarian, and although there were vegetarian options available, I sometimes get bored with traditional vegetarian pizza. The owners were more than happy to accommodate our special request to add pistachio on top of the four cheese pizza (which was incredible) and we also ordered a vegetarian panuozzo.
The pizza crust was perfect - not burned, or crunchy, and it was strong enough to hold the toppings.
We shared a bottle of wine and bottle of water (I do wish the bottle was glass instead of plastic), and walked out of the restaurant with very full stomachs.
Highly recommend Annata 91!
