Bellissime le piastrelle in stile Barocco, che rivestono sia la pavimentazione interna che la facciata dell'edificio. L'ambiente è tranquillo e rilassante, il personale è giovane, scattante e preparato a rispondere ad ogni domanda sui gusti e gli ingredienti. Ora passiamo alla parte più importante: la pizza è strepitosa ? troppo buono l'impasto realizzato con maestria, lunga maturazione, croccante fuori e soffice dentro, ricco di alveoli e pieno di gusto (è un impasto fatto talmente bene che risulterebbe gustoso anche senza nessun condimento sopra). I Condimenti sono di ottima qualità con abbinamenti ricercati, rivisitati, raffinati e moderni: trancio alla carbonara scomposta, gusto tarallo (con sugna, salsiccia, mandorle, pomodoro e fiordilatte) gusto kebab (con una valanga di kebab sopra!) gusto gamberetti e salmone e tanti altri... Si trovano anche le pizze fritte, i calzoni, gli arancini, i tramezzini in carrozza, le crocchette, gli hotdog... tutti con farciture strepitose e abbondanti. Personale gentilissimo e attento al cliente, ci si sente accolti. Che dire, se non ci andate non sapete cosa vi perdete! Io ne sono innamorata? Complimenti a tutto lo staff e ai proprietari?? Si mangia da Dio! Brand new place, very clean and cared for in every detail. The Baroque style tiles, which cover both the internal flooring and the facade of the building, are beautiful. The environment is quiet and relaxing, the staff is young, responsive and prepared to answer any questions about tastes and ingredients. Now let's move on to the most important part: the pizza is amazing ? the dough made with skill, long maturation, crunchy on the outside and soft inside, rich in alveoli and full of taste is too good (it is a dough made so well that it would be tasty even without any seasoning above). The condiments are of excellent quality with refined, revisited, refined and modern combinations: sliced carbonara decomposed, tarallo taste (with lard, sausage, almonds, tomato and fiordilatte) kebab taste (with an avalanche of kebab on top!) Shrimp and salmon taste and many others... There are also fried pizzas, calzoni, arancini, sandwiches in carriage, croquettes, hotdogs ... all with amazing and abundant fillings. Staff very kind and attentive to the customer, you feel welcomed. What can I say, if you don't go there you don't know what you're missing! I'm in love with it?
