Quando si usano degli ingredienti di qualità, con farine di qualità seguite da una lunga lievitazione dell'impasto, unite da un'ottima esecuzione e manodopera, il risultato è ovvio. Buonissima la pizza, altrettanto gli arancini nei svariati gusti, per non parlare della bontà dei panini. Sicuramente ritornerò, e assaggero' le altre specialità, calzoni fritti, montanare, polpette ecc. Mi piace anche l'impostazione del locale, con i fritti serviti nei tipici coppi di alluminio napoletani, e la pizza servita nel cesto a forma di piatto già tagliata, e da mangiare con le mani, come secondo me va rigorosamente fatto. Qualcosina da affinare al servizio, ma sono ragazzi giovani e sicuramente hanno tutto il tempo di migliorare. Un elogio al proprietario, con cui ho un po' discusso di questioni tecniche, per come ha impostato il locale che sicuramente avrà sempre più successo, ASSOLUTAMENTE meritato. Ottimi prezzi. E poi ci sono i fritti che sono buonissimi e un sacco di varietà di polpette, dal riso con mille gusti, alla carne, alle patate e poi il fantastico cuoppo di mare o di terra. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, e poi i prezzi sono molto buoni, in più c'è la possibilità di mangiare fuori e anche in una saletta esterna ma protetta per i bimbi.
