F	Federico 94 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stelle assolutamente meritate anzi 5 è il minimo dovrei mettere 10 stelle!! la dottoressa è professionale preparata al massimo su ogni cosa con un sorriso e un rapporto con i pazienti incredibile sa mettere a suo agio il paziente è laureata in scienze dell'alimentazione oltre a numerosissimi corsi e attestati che vedrete affissi sulla parete troppi ce ne sono ? io mi sono trovato benissimo a mio agio appena entrato ho fatto 3 sedute fino ad oggi dove mi ha misurato circonferenza del braccio e del torace peso altezza e tutto la 2 °seduta mi ha redatto un piano alimentare per mettere massa con un programma sul suo pc mi ha cacciato un foglio con tutti i valori massa grassa massa magra ecc spiegandomi tutto alla perfezione e con parole semplici.. seguendo il suo piano e allenandomi bene 3 volte a settimana in palestra seguito anche qui da un ottimo personal trainer praticamente nel giro di 1 mese ho preso 2kg 100 puliti con i valori migliorati praticamente tutti! dalla massa grassa alla massa magra ecc ecc. ragazzi andateci e non ve ne pentirete soldi meglio spesi in vita mia! inoltre lo studio ha una pulizia accurata nei minimi dettagli un ordine incredibile grande dottoressa il merito è tutto suo!! Che dire, da un punto di vista del risultato ottenuto posso solo che ringraziarla, poiché ho perso quasi 40 kg in 13 mesi,lo so, a volte non mi sembra vero, ma è proprio così, e raggiungere questo risultato è stato molto più facile del previsto. Non ho mai sofferto la fame e soprattutto sul mio corpo non c'è traccia di smagliature o di inestetismi vari, perché sin dall' inizio mi ha sempre detto che più che alla quantità bisognava dare valore alla qualità dei kg persi. Per prima cosa una visita meticolosa, peso, altezza, empidenziometria, resoconto su abitudini, stili di vita, preferenze e tanto altro. Poi un'alimentazione, non una dieta, che teneva conto di tutto questo, e che oltre a farmi perdere peso in maniera corretta è diventata uno stile alimentare che ormai fa parte di me. Non mi è stato vietato nulla, carboidrati proteine e grassi ma nelle quantità e nelle combinazioni giuste. E poi i consigli della dottoressa, i piccoli accorgimenti che servono a salvarti in ogni situazione...regole semplici ma efficaci. Ho iniziato a gennaio e ho perso i miei chili di troppo gradualmente...a maggio ne avevo persi 7, raggiungendo i risultati prefissati e una forma invidiabile. Fondamentali le visite di controllo dove mi sono sempre confrontata rispetto a qualsiasi dubbio e dove ho sempre trovato risposte adeguate e i giusti stimoli per continuare a stare attenta e mantenere il risultato raggiunto. Ho iniziato il percorso di dimagrimento ad ottobre con ottimi risultati... ma soprattutto voglio sottolineare il rapporto che ha con il paziente !! Già dal primo appuntamento ti mette a tuo agio !!
