M	Mimma Lauria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo fare una gastroscopia e L invito è di attenersi a quanto suggerito sul sito da loro indicato nel quale vi è la preparazione necessaria da sottoposti giorni prima dell effettuazione dell esame. Bene il sito presenta un errore nella pagina quindi non si apre e al telefono non risponde nessuno da giorni. Ora ho chiesto il giorno al mio datore di lavoro per visita specialistica, effettuero' il tampone come da loro richiesto, e speriamo mi accettino anche perché mi potrei arrabbiare se non va come deve andare. I have to do a gastroscopy and the invitation is to follow what is suggested on the site indicated by them in which there is the necessary preparation to be submitted days before the examination. Well the site has an error on the page so it does not open and no one answers the phone for days. Stamattina ho accompagnato mia madre disabile a fare una colonscopia. Esame molto doloroso come ben si sa, specifico esame che mia madre ha già eseguito altrove in passato (quindi ha sempre resistito). Oggi abbiamo trovato un infermiera a dir poco diabolica, inumana, di una malignità unica. Durante l'esame eseguito con brutalità mia madre lamentandosi dal dolore ha chiesto di smetterla, non riusciva più a sopportare l'esame e su propria responsabilità voleva la smettessero.. questa infermiera che non merita di essere chiamata tale ha continuato in in modo ancora più brutale contro una persona disabile arrivando anche a dirgli parole orrende come: se fossi tua figlia ti avrei già ammazzato! D	Daniela Bocchetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, dopo aver sedato parzialmente mio marito per una gastroscopia ed essendo lui stesso intimorito dalla prestazione, il medico spazientito ha lasciato la stanza senza effettuare la gastro. Risultato viaggio inutile, rientro sedato, e si sono pure fregati 46 euro di ticket più 15 euro per il Tampone. Assolutamente sconsigliato!
M	Marwinerp Passo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non metto 0 perché non si può fare, personale incompetente, scortese ,e ,se fai una domanda in più ci manca poco che ti prendono con un palo. Sono stato visitato da un medico che secondo me la specializzazione gliel’hanno data nella calza della befana, un macellaio, colonscopia senza un minimo di anestesia ,tant’è che a metà è stata sospesa per il dolore forte. Risultato? un inferno. Vecchietti trattati senza un minimo di rispetto, messi li ad aspettare 2/3 ore . Potrei scrivere fino a domani, ma mi limito Da evitare, per il vostro bene e salute, altroché!! Se la gente chiama è perché ha bisogno non perché ha tempo da perdere al telefono! Non ricordo il nome perché non italiana . Con fare arrabbiato si è lamentata del fatto che fossi andata a prenotare alle 17:40 del 17/01/22 e quando ho specificato che sul sito c'era scritto che si poteva fino alle 18 , mi ha risposto con sgarbo "noi siamo qui dalle 8". Queste cose non dovrebbero succedere e un richiamo le andrebbe fatto. Un po' di educazione e gentilezza ci vorrebbe Nothing to say regarding services and doctors.
