Metto 4 stelle solo perché non rispondono quasi mai al telefono (e capisco che hanno tantissimi pazienti) ma prenotando sul sito massimo il giorno dopo vieni contattato. Personally it is the second time that I have come here and I see KINDNESS on the part of the employees both with me and towards all patients. I put 4 stars only because they almost never answer the phone (and I understand that they have a lot of patients) but by booking on the maximum site the next day you are contacted.

Rispondere ad un telefono ad una chiamata è un servizio anche questo. Ho chiesto al centro di Rossano gentilmente la mail della sede di Corigliano e mi sento dire "Signora la cerca su internet". La gentilezza è cordialità non sanno dove di casa e veramente triste. Vuol dire che farò qualche chilometro di più e andrò al Biocontrol.
