P	Paolo Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato il 19 luglio e pagato con carta di credito una cuccia per cani di euro 76,90, il 23 luglio ho chiesto via mail spiegazioni del ritardo chiedendo tracciabilità del mio ordine, risposto via mail che il pacco sarebbe stato affidato al corriere il giorno seguente. Il 28 luglio ho nuovamente solleciatato via mail, visto che al telefono non risponde nessuno e mi hanno risposto che il pagamento è stato accreditato il 27 luglio confermato dall'estratto della carta ed è la prima volta che mi succede acquistando on line che il pagamento venga accreditato al fornitore una settimana dopo e siccome il prodotto non era disponibile, scusandosi per il disagio hanno rimborsato tutta la cifra. Avrei preferito non perdere tempo e se il prodotto non era disponibile a quanto pare sin dall'inizio non me lo avessero neanche fatto ordinare. I ordered on 19 July and paid by credit card for a dog kennel of 76.90 euros, on 23 July I asked for explanations of the delay by email asking for traceability of my order, I replied by email that the package would be entrusted to the courier on the day following. On July 28th I asked again via e-mail, since no one answers the phone and they replied that the payment was credited on July 27th confirmed by the card extract and it is the first time that it happens to me buying online that the payment is credited to the supplier a week later and as the product was not available, they apologized for the inconvenience and refunded the full amount. I would have preferred not to waste time and if the product was not available, apparently from the beginning they had not even made me order it.

Ho acquistato un divano da esterno tramite leroy merlin dal vostro sito. Dopo 3 settimane il divano non è ancora arrivato. Nessuno risponde alle mail, nessuno risponde ai whatsapp , telefono non attivo per la ricezione chiamate, fisso inesistente. Continuo a chiedere informazioni ma non solo non rispondono a me, non rispondono nemmeno a leroy merlin. EDIT: dopo mille messaggi, mail e segnalazioni tramite LEROY hanno finalmente spedito quanto mancava. EDIT: sono 2 mesi che tento il reso. 2 giorni di ferie presi perché dicevano sarebbe passato corriere. Mai passato. Procederemo Con diffida
