E' sempre molto disponibile ed esaustivo nel fornire informazioni e spiegazioni che riguardano le diagnosi o le domande che gli vengono poste. Quando il mio cane ha dovuto subire un intervento chirurgico, sono stata rassicurata con molta sensibilità ed aiutata a vivere con serenità e fiducia questa situazione per me molto pesante. Anche in seguito, durante la convalescenza, il Dottor Lorenzi è stato molto presente e ci ha seguiti e supportati fino alla guarigione. Nell'occasione in cui ho dovuto contattarlo con urgenza fuori dagli orari ambulatoriali, è stato gentile e disponibile nonostante fosse sabato sera. Alcune settimane fa ho ereditato una gatta di 4 anni che urinava sangue e ho quindi cercato un veterinario in zona. Scelto in base alle recensioni lette, non posso far altro che confermare le 5 stelle. Innanzitutto è disponibilissimo e mi è piaciuto molto come ha trattato la mia micia, con dolcezza e bei modi. 5 gg dopo la prima visita, ieri l'ha operata di calcoli e la piccola sta benissimo. Inoltre vi spiega tutto benissimo e vi lascia un promemoria scritto e dettagliato su come accudire la bestiolina una volta a casa. E vuole essere chiamato per sapere come va il post operatorio. Ovviamente spero di non avere bisogno di lui troppo spesso, ma credo che la mia Agatha lo rivedrà volentieri per qualche visita di controllo, perché al rientro dal suo studio era serena e felice.
