Even though the staff and doctors didn't speak English perfectly and had to since I didn't speak any Italian, their efforts to understand my explanation and my cat's health problem were exceptional. They did tests, gave recommendations and even followed up with me to make sure things were OK. Even pricing was not too high and they were so friendly. Highly recommend!

I had problems with getting my cat outside of EU zone and they helped me so much with information with all documents and etc! Ye it's more expansive than normal ones but believe me you can give your lovely small friend and don't care about anything. they will love it and treat like at home!

I discovered a friendly and kind staff in an exemplary clean surgery. The English - speaking vet was clearly knowledgeable and loved animals. I would certainly recommend this veterinary practice.

If you are new to Milan and only speak English, Dr. Valencia would be your best choice. Our second cat was adopted by us recently, it went through a harsh time during the Coivd-Period, left alone by the previous owner in a confined space for over one year. The mental and physical condition of the cat is completely unknown to us. Dr. Valencia and the staff of Animal Doctor help us make a full detailed recovery and examination plan for the little ones well-being. I would highly recommend this place for your cared ones.
P	Priscilla Oliveros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved to Italy from the USA in July of 2021 and Animal Doctor has helped me through so much with my 1 yr old chihuahua. Everyone I’ve had contact with from the front desk staff to the Doctors have been so friendly, professional and patient with the fact that I don’t speak Italian. Ive had to go back to Animal Doctor for a variety of different things and they’ve always been so great. I originally saw Dott.ssa Pirola who was so kind and helped Pacha through a hair loss problem and also when she needed to get her baby teeth removed. I later had to travel to the UK and Dr Valencia was extremely patient and helpful with all of the travel documents/steps I needed to take in order to get a pet passport and also abide by the UK pet laws (which are very extensive). He speaks English, Spanish and Italian and has also helped me communicate with the Dr Pedrini who is the specialist for a knee surgery Pacha will need to get next month. Dr Pedrini has also been seeing Pachas knee progress over the last few months and I feel confident Pachas quality of life will improve after the surgery :)
