★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L ho chiamato perché non funzionavano alcuni canali,su suo consiglio ho cambiato la centralina,ma quella che lui diceva vecchia l'aveva portata via lui,come mai? Forse doveva rivenderla? Ma non era vecchia? O solo x me.Dopo un paio di mesi ho perso di nuovo dei canali,era inaccettabile dopo aver speso €300_ ,lo richiamo confessa di non aver messo tutti i programmi dentro e poi per chiedermi maleducatamente altri soldi ha cambiato versione, ma esiste la garanzia poi se ha sbagliato lui perché devo ripagare....io la penso diversamente ....e ad oggi devo chiamare un altro perché ho perso ancora tantissimi canali....nonostante continuo a risintonizzare la TV

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signor Angeli, lei è venuto fare il sopralluogo a casa mia a metà luglio. Ha preso accordi con mio marito per un preventivo per i lavori da eseguire, con la promessa entro due/tre giorni di inviare il preventivo suddetto. Abbiamo telefonicamente soleccitato lo stesso preventivo il 27/07 e 31/08, senza, malgrado la sua promessa di inviarlo, avere ricevuto nulla. In fine abbiamo chiesto via watshap se fosse realmente interessato.... Senza ottenere nessuna risposta.
Mr. Angeli, you came to inspect my home in mid-July. We phoned the same quote only on 27/07 and 31/08, without having received anything, despite his promise to send it.
