★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scelto il dottor Anconetani fra i vari disponibili sul fascicolo sanitario in quanto il mio precedente medico di base è andato in pensione. Nell'arco di un mese ho provato a chiamarlo infinite volte nelle fasce orarie indicate e non ho MAI ricevuto risposta, nonostante suonasse libero. Capisco il periodo difficile in cui ci troviamo ma è inammissibile che non sia presente una segretaria che accoglie le telefonate di chi HA BISOGNO. Non è nemmeno indicata una mail dove contattare il dottore. Dopo un mese di telefonate a vuoto (15 circa nell'arco delle tre ore) ho deciso di cambiare medico. Vergognoso
I chose Dr. Anconetani from among the various available on the health file as my previous general practitioner retired. In the space of a month I tried to call him countless times in the indicated time slots and I NEVER received an answer, despite the fact that he was ringing free. I understand the difficult period in which we find ourselves but it is inadmissible that there is not a secretary who welcomes the phone calls of those in need. It is not even indicated an email where to contact the doctor. After a month of empty phone calls (about 15 over three hours) I decided to change doctors. Shameful
