Merita una visita ed un assaggio. Prestigious winery. The owner is very courteous and shows himself to be a good guide Free tasting of excellent young and aged foggy wines. Worth a visit and a taste.

Una degustazione professionale , una cantina bellissima e unica nel suo genere (l'infernotto è davvero unico) il tutto accompagnato dall'infinita cultura del Signor Alberto. Ad oggi la mia cantina preferita. If you are curious to try a Ghemme with a capital G, you must absolutely go through this cellar. A professional tasting, a beautiful and unique winery (the infernotto is truly unique) all accompanied by the infinite culture of Mr. Alberto. Today my favorite cellar.

La cosa assurda è stata che un mio collega astemio ha dovuto pagare la quota nonostante non abbia toccato nulla. Rispetto ad altre cantine un servizio nettamente inferiore. Senza considerare che 2 vini non erano nemmeno disponibili. I've been here with some colleagues, The price € 15 seemed excessive to me for the 5 wine tastings. The absurd thing was that a abstainer colleague of mine had to pay the fee despite not having touched anything. Compared to other wineries, a significantly lower service. Without considering that 2 wines were not even available.
B	Bertram Malle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing find. Ghemme may not be on the Wine Spectator's top 10 list, but this winery has incredible wines. From an under-10-Euro steal (Agamium, 2008) to the absolute stunners "Collis Breclemae" and "Signore di Bayard" (30-35 Euro) — this is a Piedmont gem far from the pricey Barolos and Barbarescos. The lovely lady who put together my tasting (no reservation required during regular hours) barely spoke better English than I speak Italian, but she understood a little English and I understand a little Italian, so all was good! If you are in the area, if you like wonderful wine, complex, natural, powerful, visit them!

It's a must stop if you are into traditionally made nebbiolo from northern Piemonte. Stay away from Antoniolo and Travaglini in Gattinara (good to great wines, no customer service) and check these cats out. Rovellotti in Ghemme is a must stop with very good wines as well. However, I feel the very best producer in the area is Le Piane in Boca. Again so worth the visit, you will be treated well. Although the wines are probably the most expensive in the region they were hands down the very best the area has to offer.

G	Gloria Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful wines from the refreshing sparkling rosé (rosato) made from nebbiolo, 100% vespollina, to the more serious Ghemme Nebbiolo. We went there without prior appointment but they received us readily. We love the Collis Breclemae 2005 but the Anno Primo is also lovely.
