Dopo 11 giorni non so ancora nulla e se entro 2 giorni non avrò riscontri,sarà stato inutile spendere 506 euro. Ho fatto la fila X COVID indicata da un cartello SENZA NUMERO dalle ore 6,40 ,e alle 7,20 quando sono entrata per pagare x fare il SIEROLOGICO mi dicono che dovevo prendere il numero!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ma il sierologico , dico io , se non lo includete nei servizi COVID, lo dovete SPECIFICARE!!!!!! Io me ne sono dovuta andare perché a quel punto, cioè alle 7,20, c’erano già 25 persone in fila TUTTE ARRIVATE DOPO DI ME. Io dovevo andare a lavorare e me ne sono dovuta andare via. SCANDALOSO!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't go for COVID tests! Ho mandato una persona due.volte e non mi hanno nemmeno voluto parlare. Non vi preoccupate di rispondere con scuse inventate! They never answer the phone. If you have an emergency, don't go. Da migliorare assolutamente i tempi!! Few queues, especially on Saturdays (very strange thing) and very fast and efficient reception. The downside is the very long waiting times for a report! To improve the times absolutely!

Niente da dire sul ragazzo mi ha fatto il prelievo anzi l unico cordiale. È stata la mia prima e ultima volta in questo luogo, farò più fila ma meglio il laboratorio analisi del piano sicuramente più gentili. Consiglio di rivedere il pereonale. The place very nice and clean but the girls at the cashier (at least the one who served me) super obnoxious not suitable for being in the public. Nothing to say about the guy I got the withdrawal indeed the only cordial. It was my first and last time in this place, I will queue more but better the analysis laboratory of the floor certainly more kind. Council to review the pereonal.
M	Matteo Pettinari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENZIONE, Il laboratorio è iscritto ad Unisalute ma non tutti gli esami li svolgono al prezzo che vi dice Unisalute, quindi rischiate di andare lì per nulla come successo a me, ho anche chiamato il laboratorio AB prima di andare e mi avevano detto che era tutto apposto e facevano l'esame, arrivato lì mi dicono che non lo fanno e comunque non al prezzo che era scritto sull'autorizzazione di Unisalute ATTENTION, The laboratory is registered with Unisalute but not all the tests are carried out at the price that Unisalute tells you, so you risk going there for nothing as happened to me, I also called the AB laboratory before going and they told me that was all ok and they did the exam, when they got there they tell me they don't and in any case not at the price that was written on the authorization of Unisalute
