 Go in person to make the reservation, if you try to do it on the phone you are already dead. Bad organization, very slow secretary. For the rest everything is ok.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato questa mattina per un tampone molecolare su appuntamento, ritrovandomi ben preso in un assembramento di persone in attesa di tampone. La saletta d'attesa è minuscola, nessun controllo all'ingresso per la verifica degli orari appuntamenti, nessun avviso relativo ad un massimo di persone acconsentite all'interno. Capita ovviamente che vi siano cittadini consapevoli e disciplinati che prendano autonomamente misure all'uopo. Questa mattina purtroppo sono capitato male ritrovandomi con persone in attesa che si erano presentate al centro analisi prima dell'orario convenuto, adducendo che all'esterno era freddo ed altri indossando mascherine fuori norma fatte in casa col leone di san Marco stampigliato sopra...insomma sta di fatto che vi si riscontrano situazioni di rischio contagio che sarebbe il caso prevenire con una gestione più oculata dei flussi e del distanziamento, soprattutto alla luce delle mutazioni del virus in corso. Non è stato un bel vedere...infine il tampone molecolare è assai più costoso rispetto ad altri laboratori 95 EUR. Sconsiglio vivamente di recarvisi sic stantibus rebus.
I went this morning for a molecular swab by appointment, finding myself well taken in a crowd of people waiting for swab. The waiting room is tiny, no check at the entrance to check the appointment times, no warning about a maximum of people allowed inside. It obviously happens that there are aware and disciplined citizens who autonomously take measures for this purpose. Unfortunately, this morning I had a bad time finding myself with people waiting who had presented themselves to the analysis center before the agreed time, alleging that it was cold outside and others wearing non-standard homemade masks with the lion of St. Mark stamped on it ... in short, the fact is that there are situations of contagion risk that should be prevented with a more careful management of flows and distancing, especially in light of the virus mutations in progress. It was not a pretty sight ... finally the molecular swab is much more expensive than other laboratories 95 EUR. I strongly advise against going there sic stantibus rebus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se telefoni alla mattina, la segreteria ti mette in attesa all'infinto e non riesci a parlare con nessuno, al pomeriggio è sempre occupato. Se prenoti on line non vieni contattato. Avete una reception da 1 mq, sarà meglio che la gente telefoni piuttosto che venga tutta la.
If you call in the morning, the answering machine puts you on hold indefinitely and you can't talk to anyone, it's always busy in the afternoon. If you book online you are not contacted. You have a 1 m2 reception, it would be better for people to phone rather than all come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessuno risponde al telefono perciò le persone si recano in segreteria di persona, creando assembramento. La segreteria ha due postazioni ma c'è solo una segretaria. Mentre aspetto, una signora entra in sala d'attesa senza mascherina, rimane seduta e tossisce più volte e la segretaria non le dice nulla. Pur avendo prenotato il tampone con anticipo, ho effettuato il tampone molecolare (con un costo di 95 €) con quasi un'ora di ritardo. Pessimo servizio per la mia esperienza.
Nobody answers the phone so people go to the secretariat in person, creating a crowd. The secretariat has two workstations but there is only one secretary. While I am waiting, a lady enters the waiting room without a mask, remains seated and coughs several times and the secretary does not say anything to her. Despite having booked the swab in advance, I made the molecular swab (with a cost of 95 €) almost an hour late. Bad service in my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un disastro. Sono incontattattabili. Il telefono è sempre staccato. Se si vuole prenotare un servizio qualsiasi bisogna andare di persona. Si tratta della salute! Dovrebbero organizzarsi decentemente ,assumere chi risponde al telefono o... cambiare attività. Quello che non capisco è come facciano dei professionisti ad appoggiarsi a qualcuno che non risponde nemmeno al telefono. Non pensano al lavoro che perdono ? Una vergogna. !
A disaster. They are uncontactable. The phone is always off the hook. If you want to book any service you have to go in person. It's about health! They should organize themselves decently, hire someone who answers the phone, or ... change business. What I don't understand is how professionals can lean on someone who doesn't even answer the phone. Don't they think about the job they lose? A shame. !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besides the fact that it takes years to get through this lab on the phone, once there for your appointment, they are organized and pretty quick. The gal taking blood is fantastic. Gentle and kind and hits my small veins every time. For us, results have come back in a fair amount of time.
