Avrei dovuto disdire l'appuntamento e pensavo di farlo il lunedì mattina. Chi mi ha contattato con estrema gentilezza mi ha detto di non preoccuparmi che effettuava la disdetta. Veramente efficenti. I was contacted with surprise at 9:40 pm on Sunday evening for a swab to be made on Monday. I was supposed to cancel the appointment and was planning to do it on Monday morning. Those who contacted me with extreme kindness told me not to worry about the cancellation. Really efficient.
