Ho effettuato l’accettazione online e il pagamento con PayPal, in questo modo ho fatto tutto in un quarto d’ora. Il centro usa una saletta dedicata ai tamponi, ambiente pulito personale cortese e paziente. Consigliatissimo. Ci hanno fatto pagare 15 euro extra per urgenza per il tampone molecolare anche se siamo andati 48 ore prima e loro consegnano in 48 ore. Totale 75 euro a testa: veramente un business lucroso questo del covid. Esperienza pessima. Mai più, non vedranno un altro euro da me. Aggressive and arrogant receptionist, yelling at us. L'infermiere era molto gentile e disponibile. Ho prenotato l'appuntamento tramite whatsapp e mi hanno risposto subito fornendomi tutte le informazioni necessarie anche fuori orario. Ci siamo trovati in almeno 50 persone,fuori dallo studio,senza possibilità di distanziamento. Chi ha prenotato telefonicamente,chi ha prenotato online,chi ha pagato online...tutto bello su carta,poi quando ci si trova al dunque,bisogna prendere il numero come dal panettiere e rimanere in fila (con conseguenti lamentele da parte di tutti,vista anche la maggiorazione per i pagamenti anticipati). Avevo appuntamento alle 14,avendo prenotato e pagato online,arrivo lì e altre 20 persone avevano lo stesso mio appuntamento... la frase “paga online e salta la fila” che hanno tolto dal sito,è puramente un’esca per prendere più gente possibile a fare tamponi. L’unica cosa Positiva è la pazienza è gentilezza del personale,che anche se in difficoltà,ha saputo gestire la situazione. Forse in tempi di COVID,o vi attrezzate diversamente,o lasciate perdere il servizio. ****Aggiornamento** Hanno corretto il tiro ed adesso lo svolgersi della fila è molto più lineare e senza intoppi.
