D	Davide Caglieris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nella data di domenica 2 gennaio 2022 erano l'unico punto a eseguire tamponi rapidi in Trapani...nonostante l'affollamento,sono riusciti a gestire egregiamente tutto...complimenti a tutti sia in segreteria,sia a chi eseguiva i tamponi...grazie molte! On Sunday 2 January 2022 they were the only point to perform rapid swabs in Trapani ... despite the crowds, they managed everything very well ... congratulations to everyone both in the secretariat and to those who performed the swabs .. .thank you very much!

Avevo già fatto il tampone in altri laboratori ma non ho mai sentito dolore come ieri. Non tornerò. I have not received the results of the swab done yesterday afternoon, no one answers the phone. A	Anna Ventimiglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giorno prima di recarmi al laboratorio a fare il tampone li ho chiamati ben due volte per assicurarmi che facessero anche il molecolare, che serviva a me. Entrambe le volte mi hanno detto che sì, facevano il molecolare, e che bastava arrivare lì e prendere il numerino, e non era necessaria la prenotazione. L'indomani mattina vado, prendo il numero e mi metto in fila, dopo 45 minuti di fila al momento del pagamento vedo che mi fanno pagare 15 euro. Chiedo all'operatore: "ma solo 15 euro per un molecolare?", risposta: "ah, no, il molecolare solo su prenotazione". Replico che io il giorno prima ho chiamato e mi è stato detto che non era necessaria, risposta: "ah ma noi i molecolari li abbiamo finiti ieri mattina" (due versioni diverse in dieci secondi). Ribadisco: "Io ho chiamato ieri pomeriggio espressamente per chiedere se facevate anche i molecolari, e mi avete detto di sì che non c'erano problemi", "eh non so con chi ha parlato" (tentativo di addossare la responsabilità a qualcun altro). Mi hanno ridato i soldi e sono andata via senza niente di fatto, nonostante le mie due chiamate del giorno prima (due) per assicurarmi di non fare un viaggio a vuoto. Peccato perché l'organizzazione mi è parsa molto buona, la comunicazione con i pazienti invece pessima. Oltre al fatto che mi hanno subito prenotata per far venire l’infermiere a domicilio (la ragazza che risponde al telefono è gentilissima) che è arrivato puntualissimo e non mi ha fatto sentire alcun dolore, la mia recensione positiva è principalmente scaturita da quanto accaduto al ritiro delle analisi. La dottoressa Anna allo sportello, a differenza degli altri laboratori in cui ti danno il referto ti fanno pagare e arrivederci, è stata lì a spiegarmi il referto, il perche di quel determinato “valore”, la reazione del mio corpo, cosa stava accadendo al mio organismo, e il decorso. Che dire… Questa estrema dedizione al proprio lavoro, questa professionalità rara, questa gentilezza ormai difficile da incontrare, hanno fatto si che questo laboratorio abbia una nuova cliente: io. C	Chicca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per sapere se potevo fare un dosaggio delle beta hcg ( test di gravidanza su sangue ) ed avere il risultato in mattinata e così mi viene assicurato al telefono. Lo stesso mi viene confermato dall’infermiere al prelievo. In tarda mattinata non avendo avuto notizie chiamo e mi viene detto che avrebbero mandato il risultato al massimo nel primo pomeriggio. Non hanno mandato niente, hanno chiuso e ci hanno lasciati in asso . Vergognosi , soprattutto quando si tratta di cose così delicate , mai trovato un laboratorio analisi più scorretto di questo in tutta la mia vita. Non mi importa delle scuse che accamperanno per rigirare la frittata e non ammettere la loro grave mancanza, personalmente non ci metterò più piede e lo sconsiglio fortemente .
