I dubbi riguardano le scelte terapeutiche che praticano… Il mio cane è morto perché il dottor Rotolo gli ha fatto fare una cura pesantissima per i reni che, da quanto mi è stato detto da altri 6 veterinari, NON ERA NECESSARIA. Quando iniziai la cura un amico veterinario di Roma mi chiamò per dirmi di interromperla subito perché (in base ai valori del sangue che gli avevo comunicato per email) il cane stava bene, doveva solo essere monitorato ogni 6 mesi. Non mi sono fidato di lui e ho continuato la cura indicatami dal dott. Rotolo. Il mio amico mi ha richiamato dicendo che era una follia proseguire quella terapia; perciò interpellai un terzo veterinario di Trapani che, più diplomaticamente, mi disse che lui quella cura non l'avrebbe praticata. Solo allora ho interrotto le somministrazioni del farmaco... ma ormai era troppo tardi. Tre mesi dopo il mio cane è andato in insufficienza renale ed è morto. Allora ho interpellato altri 4 veterinari i quali concordavano tutti sul fatto che a uccidere il cane fosse stata la terapia consigliatami dal dott. Rotolo e che quella terapia non andava praticata (uno di loro disse testualmente "proprio non capisco come il collega possa aver preso un abbaglio così grande, il cane stava bene"). Per questi motivi (e per altri errori che sono troppo complessi da sintetizzare) sento di dover sconsigliare questo laboratorio. All the staff are friendly and helpful, really good people, there is no doubt about that. The doubts concern the therapeutic choices that they practice ... My dog died because Dr. Rotolo made him do a very heavy treatment for the kidneys which, from what I have been told by 6 other veterinarians, was NOT NECESSARY. When I started the treatment a friend of mine from Rome called me to tell me to stop it right away because (based on the blood values I sent him by email) the dog was fine, he just had to be monitored every 6 months. I didn't trust him and I continued the care shown to me by dr. Roll. My friend called me back saying that it was folly to continue that therapy; therefore I asked a third veterinarian from Trapani who, more diplomatically, told me that he would not have practiced that cure. Only then did I stop administering the drug ... but it was too late. Three months later my dog went into kidney failure and died. So I asked 4 other veterinarians who all agreed that it was therapy recommended to me by Dr.. I roll and that therapy should not be practiced (one of them said "literally I just don't understand how the colleague could have caught such a big blunder, the dog was fine"). For these reasons (and for other errors that are too complex to synthesize) I feel I need to advise against this laboratory.

Prima di lui , avevamo interpellato altri due veterinari che non ci hanno per nulla soddisfatto sulle terapie che volevano intraprendere. Sensibilità e onestà professionale. Lo consiglio vivamente. Dr. Rotolo and his team treated my kitten, who had a tumor in the jaw, with professionalism and above all scrupulously. Before him, we had consulted two other veterinarians who were not at all satisfied with the therapies they wanted to undertake. Sensitivity and professional honesty. I highly recommend it.
