★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli orari su internet sono differenti da quelli reali che sono affissi sul portone d'ingresso. Se andate il giovedì mattina come c'è scritto su internet trovate chiuso...e' aperto il mercoledì. Grazie per avermi fatto prendere tre ore di permesso dal lavoro per niente. Devo ritornare.
The timetables on the internet are different from the real ones that are posted on the entrance door. If you go on Thursday mornings as written on the internet you will find it closed ... it is open on Wednesdays. Thanks for letting me take three hours off from work for nothing. I must return.

Mi sono recato di persona per verificare se fosse possibile farmi inserire nel caso di una rinuncia da parte di qualcuno; sono stati molto disponibili e gentili e mi hanno inserito tra un appuntamento e l'altro rilasciandomi il documento. Servizio efficiente e cortese.
I called to get a passport release appointment but the first available date was after the holiday departure. I went in person to see if it would be possible for me to be inserted in the event of someone renouncing; they were very helpful and kind and they inserted me between one appointment and another, releasing the document. Efficient and courteous service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilissimi e velocissimi! Passaporto fatto in 15 minuti e in più la signora che mi ha fatto la procedura mi ha spiegato pure cose che dovevo sapere per il mio trasferimento all'estero per il micio! Bravi!
Very kind and very fast! Passport done in 15 minutes and in addition the lady who made me the procedure also explained to me things I needed to know for my transfer abroad for the cat! Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei totali incompetenti. Mi hanno fissato un appuntamento per il passaporto felino senza controllare i documenti. Risultato? Appuntamento fissato con due settimane di attesa per poi accorgersi e dirmi che dovevo recarmi a un'altra anagrafe il giorno di ritiro del passaporto!
Che schifo. Servizio pessimo, personale a dir poco indisponente e impreparato. Che vergogna l'Italia.
Of incompetent totals. They set me up for a feline passport appointment without checking my papers. Result? Appointment set with two weeks of waiting to then realize and tell me that I had to go to another registry on the day of collection of the passport!
How disgusting. Bad service, staff to say the least irritating and unprepared. What a shame Italy.

Nel gennaio 2016 ho compilato tutta la documentazione necessaria per diventare la proprietaria di una cagnolina. Nel maggio 2017 nessuna modifica era stata effettuata. Dopo due e-mail di sollecito, la modifica, ma la sorpresa a distanza di anni. Nel 2021 il cane risulta intestato sia a me che al precedente proprietario, ma io sono la proprietaria e detengo il cane.
Un servizio scadente che non ci si aspetta da un'anagrafe canina.
I could give it a star, but unfortunately I can't do it!
In January 2016 I filled out all the necessary documentation to become the owner of a dog. As of May 2017, no changes had been made. After two reminder e-mails, the change, but the surprise years later. In 2021 the dog is registered in the name of both me and the previous owner, but I am the owner and I own the dog.
A poor service that is not expected from a canine registry.
