★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pomeriggio ore 16.00 nessuno risponde citofono, nessuna comunicazione riguardante questa chiusura inspiegata, né sul sito del comune, né sul sito asp Ragusa e neanche tramite foglio scritto fuori dall ufficio. Questa è mancanza di professionalità,in un ufficio APERTO AL PUBBLICO !il sacrificio di organizzarsi in famiglia la vita lavorativa e personale per venire a sbrigare servizi ESSENZIALI, per rendersi conto di aver buttato tempo. inutile dire che l organizzazione dall ufficio al sistema fa acqua da tutte le parti in Italia e maggiormente in sicilia!
Afternoon 4.00 pm no one answers the intercom, no communication regarding this unexplained closure, neither on the municipality site, nor on the asp Ragusa site and not even through a written sheet outside the office. This is lack of professionalism, in an office OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! The sacrifice of organizing one's work and personal life in the family to come and attend to ESSENTIAL services, to realize that you have wasted time. needless to say that the organization from the office to the system is leaking water from all sides in Italy and mostly in Sicily!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo nessuno risponde mai al telefono né alle mail. Se non ci si va di presenza credo che non si riesca ad ottenere nulla. Esiste il servizio on line ma spesso non è ben sincronizzato per scegliere il nuovo medico. Per chi abita e soprattutto lavora fuori provincia è davvero disagevole.
Unfortunately, no one ever answers the phone or emails. If you don't go there, I don't think you can get anything. There is an online service but it is often not well synchronized to choose the new doctor. For those who live and above all work outside the province it is really uncomfortable.
