★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although we‘ve had delicious food everywhere in Gallipoli, the AMU had been our favourite.
You can get the traditional ingridients but with a twist. Tuna-Cube in tempura - if it is still available on your visit you should try. But you can also rely on the recommendation of the very friendly and competently service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got a reservation there, due to Gallipoli crazy trafic, we arrived almost 1h late (tried to phone but in vain). The owner still kept our table! And we had the chance to eat our last meal of Puglia, in one of the best restaurant i have ever been! The food is amazing and original. Really great place, we will definitly come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most sophisticated dinner in Puglia. Menu changes daily depending on what is fresh and is 100% fish and seafood. The cube of tuna was INSANE. The octopus and mouse al limone was also very good.
Nice service, specially from the young blond lady.
Superb location and view.
It’s 50% more expensive than the average restaurant in puglia, but definitely worth it.

It was my first time when i ate seafood. It was a huge surprise that it was so tasty! Delicious baby squid and MUST EAT - SPAGHETTI CON LE COZZE (spaghetti with mussles and tomato)! Typicall top dish in the best edition!?
Next time im going to try, highly recommended by our italian friends, raw prawns - the chief’s top!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic seafood restaurant! The location is great, right by the sea, and the service was also great. We had pasta first, followed by grilled salmon and spada. All dishes were really good. It is not exactly cheap, but well worth its price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking forward to visit the restaurant after reading reviews. It started with dissapointment when we had to choose a dish from blackboard. It was hard to read and caused initial stress for us as a tourists - although we speak some italian. Three pasta that we chose tasted very average, antipasti with tuna was very good. Prices are higher. Unfortunately we would choose other place in Gallipoli.
