Va mia moglie chiedendo se ci fosse bufala fresca altrimenti avrebbe acquistato altri prodotti che non cambian consistenza col tempo o che comunque non perdon bontà... Le vien data mozzarella spacciata x fresca quando invece prendendola in mano e facendo nemmen tanta pressione mi si sbriciola (peccato non posso pubblicar foto). Stessa consistenza delle marche che trovi nei supermercati. Bastava che le venisse venduta una burrata e chiesto di tornar un altro giorno x le mozzarelle fresche x evitare figuracce.
