La Dott.ssa che si occupa dello studio è inoltre una persona molto preparata, (tiene corsi di formazione ad amministratori) disponibile e di una gentilezza estrema. Ad ogni chiamata mi ha sempre risposto e se non disponibile la segreteria mi ha fornito ogni indicazione o fatto richiamare appena possibile, puntualmente avvenuto nel giro di poco tempo.. Consigliato.. Ci sa fare con i condomini e riesce a mantenere prezzi bassi con i fornitori. Personalmente sono contento del nuovo ufficio che è molto comodo per chi viene da Milano perché è vicino alla stazione della ferrovia di Rho centro. Se devo andare in macchina c'è un ampio parcheggio gratuito davanti. Daniela Bernasconi has been managing the condominium where I live with my family for more than 10 years. Nel mio condominio abbiamo avuto gravi problemi di acqua ad agosto e siamo sempre stati seguiti o, nel periodo di chiusura, richiamati. Lo consiglio a chi volesse cambiare amministratore di condominio: sono giovani e competenti. I tempi di reazione sono veloci anche da parte dei suoi collaboratori. Energia e passione per il suo lavoro sono caratteristiche che difficilmente avevo riscontrato in amministratori precedenti.
