No notato l'attenzione che rivolge alle
problematiche dei condomini che rappresenta, accertandosi che tutto venga gestito con la massima precisione dando la giusta priorità agli interventi da effettuare.
Praticamente non si perde in un "bicchier d'acqua" tra mille riunioni di condominio e tempi d'attesa lunghi ma si fa carico "prendendo di petto" le incombenze da portare avanti.

problems of the condominiums it represents, making sure that everything is managed with the utmost precision giving the right priority to the interventions to be carried out.
He practically does not get lost in a "glass of water" between a thousand condominium meetings and long waiting times, but he takes charge of "taking on the tasks" to carry out.
