Per tutto il resto invece trovo da cliente, che il dottor Apuzzo sia eccezionale. Non posso dire la stessa cosa per il servizio di segreteria per colpa del quale, mi sono rifiutato di proseguire nel trattamento. La cosa è molto semplice, si chiama rispetto per il cliente pagante e non poco. Se sussistono ritardi, devo essere avvisato, tramite anche un mess, e libero di potere decidere cosa fare, non sono in grado, e non voglio poter gestire 1 ora di ritardo, alltresì preferisco essere avvisato e prenotare un nuovo appuntamento. Invece cosa accade ???! Non avvisato, una volta arrivato, e ricevuto come se niente fosse, vengo lasciato ad aspettare, nessun cenno nessun libero arbitrio ed il tempo passa. Dico .. ?!? Delle scuse anche veloci no? Il paziente secondo voi cosa deve fare? Nulla per il resto del giorno vero ? No ... Sta li in sala d'attesa lobotizzato dallo smartphone? Anzi, si legge una bella rivista di salute ok !! Vero. Non ci avevo pensato. My only star goes to the secretariat's service just because I can't put in less. La mia situazione di ernie, fissaggio elastico di 2 vertebre, annessi e connessi, mi avevano costretto a non vivere più a causa del dolere e del fatto che non potevo più vivere dignitosamente.
