La scontistica, solo se ne prendi 4 o più e solo se vi è il proprietario al momento dell'acquisto (quindi il prezzo varia e non vi è quindi trasparenza a parer mio). Acquistate da mia moglie in assenza del proprietario mi sono ritrovato a pagarle a prezzo pieno e sono ritornato il giorno dopo a chiedere educatamente delucidazioni. Il proprietario è venuto incontro alle mie esigenze "regalandomi" un altra cartuccia. Uscendo ho sentito borbottare (come se avessi avuto delle mancanze di educazione nei suoi riguardi o avessi esagerato nell'esporre la mia perplessità). L' aver evidenziato un simile problema nei riguardi della sua attività dovrebbe fargli capire che qualcosa non và e migliorarsi. Ringraziandolo, gli auguro di avere una maggiore apertura nei confronti dei clienti che dimostrano educazione (e per educazione non si intende stupidità). Ritorneró solo quando verró a conoscenza di una migliore gestione del suo operato. Spero di poter ritornare presto. The discounts, only if you take 4 or more and only if there is the owner at the time of purchase (therefore the price varies and there is therefore transparency in my opinion). Purchased by my wife in the absence of the owner I found myself paying for them at full price and I returned the next day to politely ask for clarifications. The owner met my needs by "giving me" another cartridge. On leaving I heard a mumble (as if I had had some lack of education about him or I had exaggerated in exposing my perplexity). Having highlighted such a problem with regards to his activity should make him understand that something is wrong and improve. Thanking him, I wish him to have greater openness towards customers who demonstrate education (and education does not mean stupidity). I will return only when I become aware of a better management of his work. I hope to be back soon.
