Ho assistito con curiosità tutto il trattamento,devo dire che ne sono rimasta veramente contenta! Sono molto delicati e professionali, gli fanno anche molte coccole e sono davvero attenti.
Molto contenta, e ho già preso appuntamento per la mia Zoe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo prenotato da 3 settimane l’appuntamento per toelettare il mio barboncino oggi, arrivati lì ci viene detto che hanno avuto un imprevisto, che non riuscivano a toelettarlo questa mattina e di tornare un’altra volta.
Capisco l’imprevisto che può capitare, ma avvisare mi sembra il minimo , visti i 15 km fatti appositamente , un cambio turno richiesto al lavoro e le settimane di attesa.
Ho notato poca serietà e poca voglia di rimediare l’inconveniente.
Mi spiace ma non torneremo più!
