★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abiti carini e alla moda con prezzi modici. Il negozio è completamente ristrutturato e ben tenuto. Il personale è discretamente disponibile ma non molto gentile e forse questo mi porta a mettere tre stelle e non cinque.
Dopo aver acquistato nessuno ha ricambiato il mio saluto. Purtroppo sono abituata a ricevere il massimo e soprattutto L educazione va prima di ogni cosa. Un vero peccato, ma non ci ritornerò.
Cute and fashionable dresses with moderate prices. The shop is completely renovated and well maintained. The staff is fairly helpful but not very kind and perhaps this leads me to put three stars and not five.
After purchasing, no one returned my greeting. Unfortunately I am used to receiving the maximum and above all Education goes first of all. A real shame, but I won't be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rapporto qualità prezzo direi molto basso almeno per l'abito che ho acquistato io che una volta indossato per provarlo le cuciture si sono strappate...e no il vestito non mi stava stretto come mi è stato detto dal servizio clienti. Bassissimo appunto anche il servizio clienti che invece di scusarsi per il disagio mi hanno detto che il vestito l'avevo rotto io e che non potevo ne restituirlo ne cambiarlo e alla mia richiesta di rimborso delle spese per aggiustarlo dalla sarta ( parliamo € 5,00) non ho avuto alcuna risposta. Consiglio per lo shop : evitate di chiamare "tesoro" per almeno 10 volte di fila i vostri clienti se poi il trattamento è questo! Detto con tutta sincerità c'è di meglio per quanto riguarda lo shopping online. Non lo consiglio !!
I would say very low value for money at least for the dress I bought that once worn to try it on the seams were torn ... and no the dress did not fit me tight as I was told by customer service. The customer service was also very low, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, they told me that I had broken the dress and that I could neither return it nor change it and to my request for reimbursement of expenses to fix it by the seamstress (we are talking about € 5.00 ) I didn't get any response. Tip for the shop: avoid calling your customers "darling" at least 10 times in a row if this is the treatment! Honestly said, there is better when it comes to online shopping. I don't recommend it !!
