Mai ricevuta una fattura nonostante svariate segnalazioni e presentazioni da parte mia in sede. Arrivata una fattura dopo 6 mesi di 600 euro.. Cambio operatore.. Ad Agosto un'operatrice AMG mi chiama sul cellulare spacciandosi per operatore eni per un piano di rientro. In buona fede effettuo registrazione telefonica. Questa mattina ricevo un contratto da parte di AMG in cui mi danno il benvenuto con l accettazione del contratto effettuato con l operatrice ad agosto che si era spacciata per eni. Chiamando eni infatti non risulta nessuna proposta di rientro. Sicuramente denuncerò l azienda alle autorità competenti Shameful .. Some time ago I requested a new contract activation .. Dico semplicemente che se mi dovesse succedere qualcosa: scippo, caduta per inciampo, caduta perché scivolato su una cacca di cane o qualsiasi altro motivo compreso l'incidente automobilistico vi considererò responsabili e di conseguenza denuncerò all'autorità giudiziaria l'accaduto affinché provveda a farvi "smuoviri u sangu". E	Eldar Nevzorov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonano per poter provare a vendere un servizio... arrivando ad insultare l'interlocutore affermando che "gli stranieri sono tutti cosi" e altro davanti ad un rifiuto. Si vede che il call center predisposto alle vendite non sia serio e che gli addetti (in questo caso una signora) si fanno influenzare dalle proprie convinzioni politiche. Nonostante non sia un cliente lascio feedback negativo, non penso sia normale nel 2017 insultare un potenziale cliente. Dopo svariate chiamate, la loro scusa è che hanno subito un attacco "hacker" e chissà quando potranno fare qualcosa ( magari dopo essersi fatti le ferie?). Da altri operatori del settore abbiamo scoperto che è il terzo anno di fila che sostengono di subire attacchi ai loro sistemi sempre prima delle feste natalizie (neanche se fossero FBI).
