Da subito sono emersi problemi (misure imprecise!) che però sono stati risolti dall'azienda. Il lavoro di sostituzione delle porte e degli infissi è stato effettuato in maniera imprecisa e approssimativa. Durante i lavori sono stati fatti piccoli danni (angoli e spigoli rotti) con la promessa di ripararli alla fine dei lavori. Promessa non mantenuta. Il "meglio" è avvenuto con il posizionamento delle zanzariere. Si bloccano e non si riesce ad effettuare il movimento verticale. Non sono a tenuta. Una è stata montata lasciando uno spazio libero di oltre 3 cm nella porzione superiore. Ho chiamato più volte il proprietario Sig Ferraro che mi ha assicurato la soluzione dei problemi. Dopo diversi reclami è arrivato un "tecnico" che ha manipolato le zanzariere lasciando i intatti i difetti. Ha promesso che avrebbe risolto con una speciale copertura lo spazio libero della zanzariera. Sto ancora aspettando. A distanza di qualche anno pubblico la recensione negativa che questa azienda merita. I spotted this company on the internet. After several complaints, a "technician" arrived who manipulated the mosquito nets leaving the defects intact. He promised that he would fix the free space of the mosquito net with a special cover. I'm still waiting. A few years later I publish the negative review that this company deserves.

Passano 20 giorni e li contatto chiedendo se avevano concluso il preventivo,mi dicono che per loro è complicato fare il lavoro e non riescono perché sono presi dal troppo lavoro. Il suggerimento che vi do è quello di almeno dopo un ripensamento di contattare subito il cliente per digli che non si può più fare il lavoro e non di far sì che vi ricontatta lui.
