Al di là di questo la mancanza di empatia e la 'indisponibilità' della commessa non mi faranno tornare.Ne' un saluto (ero con la mia bimba), ne' la rapida offerta di aiuto per quello che cercavo. La sensazione è stata proprio quella di essere un peso e non un cliente da provare a soddisfare.
A questo punto non sarebbe stato diverso rifornirsi attraverso i canali della grande distribuzione dopo la lettura di diverse recensioni.
Pessimo servizio
The choice of books is wide but not for all age groups.
Beyond this, the lack of empathy and the 'unavailability' of the order will not make me come back. Neither a greeting (I was with my daughter), nor a quick offer of help for what I was looking for. The feeling was precisely that of being a burden and not a customer to try to satisfy.
At this point it would have been no different to stock up through large-scale distribution channels after reading several reviews.
