★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io è da un anno che frequento questo studio, da quando ho portato a casa la mia cagnolina Wilma, e posso dirmi soddisfatta. Il personale è cordiale, solare e sempre disponibile. Anche a negozio chiuso (per emergenze ovviamente), e questo fa capire quanto amino gli animali incondizionatamente.
E vorrei fare una nota d'appunto a chi ha commentato che fanno pagare caro i medicinali. Più di una volta mi hanno dato dei campioni a gratis da provare se potevano essere efficaci. Purtroppo il costo dei medicinali per i nostri animali è elevato, ma non è di certo lo studio a rincarare, anzi cercano di mettersi ad ogni costo a vostra disposizione.

I have been attending this studio for a year, since I brought my dog Wilma home, and I can be satisfied. The staff are friendly, cheerful and always available. Even when the shop is closed (for emergencies of course), and this shows how much they love animals unconditionally.
And I would like to make a note to those who have commented that they charge expensive for medicines. More than once they gave me free samples to try if they could be effective. Unfortunately, the cost of medicines for our animals is high, but it is certainly not the study that increases, indeed they try to put themselves at your disposal at any cost.
