Infatti, i miei gatti si fanno maneggiare da loro senza tante storie nonostante le punture fatte in 15 anni. Ma non in questo ambulatorio !!! Era sempre felice di vedere le sue dottoresse e tutto lo staff meraviglioso, disponibile, sensibile e attento. Di giorno, di notte...e anche quando con il cuore a pezzi ho dovuto far attraversare il ponte dell'arcobaleno ad Olivia, lo hanno fatto con dolcezza, affetto e con grande rispetto per il mio dolore, che forse era un pò di tutti noi... Grazie di cuore a Federica, Michela, Marco e Marta. I had an extraordinary dog called Olivia ... like most of our adorable pets she was a bit afraid to go to the Vet, she was also old ... my puppy ... But not in this clinic !!! She was always happy to see her doctors and all the wonderful, helpful, responsive and attentive staff.
