excellent Dr. Claudio Facchetti. very knowledgeable and professional; knows how to give the best advice, avoiding making you spend money for no reason. you can see that he loves animals and you can see it from the way he does his job. clinic highly recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cani da 20 anni e mi avvalgo da tanto tempo della Dott.ssa Rottigni (molto brava e professionale) e del Dott. Facchetti.
Purtroppo però è già la seconda occasione che incappo in un giorno prefestivo e credo di aver beccato una tirocinante la prima volta e la seconda volta una Dottoressa che non conoscevo (mi ha tenuto lì 25 minuti per dirmi come disinfettare una zampina, ripetendomelo allo sfinimento) forse per giustificare i 40 euro che mi ha chiesto per aver guardato una zampa e avermi detto cosa fare.
La prossima volta chiederò che ci sia la Dott.ssa Rottigni (non certo per fare una visita gratuita) ma per avvalermi di una professionista valida che va "al sodo" e che sa il fatto suo.
I have had dogs for 20 years and I have been using Dr. Rottigni (very good and professional) and Dr. Facchetti for a long time.
Unfortunately, however, it is already the second opportunity that I run into on a day before a holiday and I think I have caught a trainee the first time and the second time a Doctor who I did not know (she kept me there for 25 minutes to tell me how to disinfect a paw, repeating it to me to exhaustion) perhaps to justify the 40 euros he asked me for looking at a paw and telling me what to do.
Next time I will ask for Dr. Rottigni to be there (certainly not to make a free visit) but to make use of a valid professional who goes "to the point" and who knows her stuff.
