Me lo hanno trasferito in clinica chiamando ed avvertendo la stessa della situazione. Adesso ci stiamo riprendendo.A loro devo tutto. Me lo hanno salvato. W	Wasabi Wasabi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le dottoresse sono molto preparate, scrupolose e affettuose..con animali e padroni. Lavorano sempre in pool e si consultano sempre prima di "tirare le somme". Mi è capitato di chiamare il sabato sera per una piccola emergenza e sono stata assistita via telefono in maniera perfetta ( nonostante la dottoressa fosse palesemente a cena fuori). Tito il nostro cagnolino, è piuttosto cagionevole. Hanno sempre dato cure consone ai suoi problemi e ci hanno fatto ogni volta più che un controllo e non ce lo hanno mai fatto pagare. Inoltre, molto apprezzata la tendenza a non dare troppi medicinali ai pelosetti. Ci piacciono molto! The doctors are very prepared, scrupulous and affectionate .. with animals and owners. They always work in pools and always consult each other before "taking stock". I happened to call on a Saturday night for a small emergency and I was perfectly assisted by phone (despite the fact that the doctor was obviously out for dinner). Tito, our little dog, is rather frail. They have always given appropriate care to his problems and they have done us more than a check every time and they have never made us pay for it. Furthermore, the tendency not to give too many medicines to the furry ones is very appreciated. We like them very much!

Apprezzo davvero tutto quello che hanno e stanno facendo per il mio cane. Il veterinario precedente ha "curato" il mio cane di 15 anni per 2 mesi con antibiotico e cortisone senza aver un barlume di immaginazione del problema che lo affliggeva. In 1 giorno le dottoresse di questo ambulatorio hanno fanno molte indagini e hanno formulato finalmente il problema dando una terapia adeguata! Purtroppo il mio cane è ancora sotto terapia e spero vada meglio dopo 2 mesi di terapie sbagliate che lo hanno debilitato non poco.. in ogni caso apprezzo la dolcezza, la pazienza e la competenza di questo studio! Inoltre devo dire che sono molto flessibili con i pagamenti, l'ho portato tanto giorni di seguito a fare delle flebo ed ero sempre io a ricordare loro che dovevo pagare.. cosa che altrove ti guardano male se non tiri fuori il portafoglio prima di entrare.. e anche i prezzi sono onesti e abbordabilissimi. Chi ama i prodotti animali deve fare giustamente dei sacrifici ma sulla salute non si dovremme mai andare a risparmio, così come facciamo per noi stessi! Extraordinary. The previous vet "treated" my 15-year-old dog for 2 months with antibiotics and cortisone without having a glimpse of the problem that plagued him. In 1 day the doctors of this clinic did many investigations and finally formulated the problem by giving adequate therapy! Unfortunately my dog is still under therapy and I hope he gets better after 2 months of wrong therapies that have weakened him not a little .. in any case I appreciate the sweetness, patience and competence of this study! Also I must say that they are very flexible with payments, I took him so many days in a row to make infusions and it was always me who reminded them that I had to pay .. which elsewhere they look bad if you don't take out your wallet before entering .. and also the prices are honest and very affordable. Those who love animal products must rightly make sacrifices but on health we should never go to savings, as we do for ourselves!

Ho dovuto ricorrere all'ambulatorio per un'ecografia alla mia maltese: per depilarla le hanno tagliato la pelle in cinque punti diversi e sul capezzolo. E neanche si sono sentite in dovere di scusarsi. Dio ce ne salvi, e salvi i vostri amati amici a quattro zampe. Bad service and arrogance, disguised as affected and only apparent empathy. I had to go to the clinic for an ultrasound to my Maltese: to shave her skin they cut her skin in five different places and on the nipple. Nor did they feel compelled to apologize. God save us, and save your beloved four-legged friends.

Esiste un numero di emergenza...e facendo i scongiuri se hai una necessità ti danno appuntamento subito!Ne ho girati di ambulatori...veterinari...ma non cambierei posto per nulla al mondo. Lo consiglio per chi ha a cuore i propri pelosetti. Experience, professionalism and above all the staff, that is the veterinarians are very human, kind, helpful and very professional.
