Era stato male una sera e avevamo telefonato all’ambulatorio veterinario parlando con il Dott. Franceschini per avere istruzioni qualora avesse nuovamente un disturbo di cui non sapevamo l’origine. La risposta, per niente professionale, sommariamente rimandava all’uso di un farmaco specifico per rimediare ad un’ulteriore crisi, mentre nessuna prescrizione da parte del veterinario di indifferibile visita medica di controllo presso l'ambulatorio o eventuali accertamenti specifici in altre sedi per determinare la causa del malessere. Dopo una settimana mi è morto tra le mani con conclamata insufficienza respiratoria. Ritengo di essere sempre stata attenta e pronta a fronteggiare qualsiasi spesa veterinaria senza mai porre un limite (e questo il veterinario lo sapeva benissimo dal momento che ero cliente da anni), e ciò nonostante fosse cosa certa la mia disponibilità economica, il Franceschini non ha ritenuto di concordare urgentemente una visita (forse avrebbe potuto cambiare la sorte del mio cane). Alla luce dei fatti, sconsiglio questo ambulatorio perché il veterinario non ha anteposto prioritariamente la salute del cane (ancora cucciolo) ma con goffa leggerezza lo ha condannato a morte certa e soprattutto cruenta. Purtroppo ho dovuto dare una stella ma ne avrei fatto volentieri a meno. A year has passed to metabolize the death of my little puppy by just 9 months but the thought towards him has not ceased. It had been bad one night and we had phoned the veterinary clinic talking to Dr. Franceschini for instructions if he again had a disorder of which we did not know the origin. The answer, not at all professional, summarily referred to the use of a specific drug to remedy a further crisis, while no prescription on the part of the veterinarian of a non-postponable medical check-up at the clinic or any specific checks in other locations to determine the cause of the malaise. After a week he died in my hands with overt respiratory failure. I think I have always been careful and ready to face any veterinary expense without ever setting a limit (and this the vet knew very well since I was a customer for years), and despite this it was certain that my financial availability, Franceschini did not considered urgently to arrange a visit (perhaps he could have changed my dog's fate). In light of the facts, I do not recommend this clinic because the veterinarian did not prioritize the health of the dog (still a puppy) but with awkward lightness he sentenced him to certain and above all bloody death. Unfortunately I had to give a star but I would have gladly done without it.

C	Cinzia Cinzietta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono degli ottimi veterinari preparati scrupolosi,ma devo fare un osservazione non hanno un recapito x le emergenze e nei giorni festivi ( se almeno ci fosse un numero dove rispondono sempre ,uno sa cosa fare affinché non va da loro). Questo è soltanto un mio pensiero. They are excellent scrupulous trained veterinarians, but I have to make an observation they do not have an address for emergencies and holidays (if at least there was a number where they always answer, one knows what to do so that it does not go to them). This is just my thought.

Scusate ho sbagliato a pubblicare questa recensione destinata a una clinica posta in altro comune My experience with Dr. Noemi Paoletti's MelyVet Clinic has been extremely positive. My dog had to undergo surgery and I turned to this clinic where I was greeted with kindness, where I found professionalism, cleanliness of the premises and above all love for four-legged patients. Sorry I was wrong to publish this review intended for a clinic located in another municipality
