★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niente da dire per quanto riguarda diagnosi facili e veloci , e sono anche economiche e disponibili in questo senso , ma quando si è trattato di un caso complicato , nonostante avessi dato disponibilità economica x tutti gli esami del caso , è stato un susseguirsi di ipotesi sbagliate accompagnate da sguardi perplessi e nessuna idea. Sbagliare è umano , ma mio marito ed io per non parlare della mia povera creatura che non c è più , abbiamo fatto quasi 3 mesi di agonia e questo è imperdonabile .
 Nothing to say about quick and easy diagnoses, and they are also cheap and available in this sense, but when it came to a complicated case, despite having given financial availability x all the necessary tests, it was a succession of wrong assumptions accompanied by puzzled looks and no idea. Making a mistake is human, but my husband and I, not to mention my poor creature who is no longer with us, we had almost 3 months of agony and this is unforgivable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Competenti, gentili e molto disponibili. Dopo una pessima esperienza con un altro studio veterinario ho portato la mia gattina in questo ambulatorio e mi sono trovata benissimo. Assistenza costante post intervento, visite, esami, consulenze, tutto anche a prezzi modici o comunque onesti. Mi spiace solo non averlo scoperto prima!
Competent, kind and very helpful. After a bad experience with another veterinary office, I took my kitten to this clinic and I had a great time. Constant post-intervention assistance, visits, exams, consultations, all at reasonable or honest prices. I'm just sorry I didn't find out earlier!

It is definitely the best in Bologna. Veterinarians are very knowledgeable, attentive and really love animals. There is no comparison. Prices are normal.

Non ha saputo diagnosticare in insufficienza renale alla mia gatta, mi ha fatto andare in clinica quando ormai non c’era più nulla da fare e dopo 4 giorni di terapia intensiva ho dovuto farla sopprimere. E tante altre persone del quartiere hanno avuto questa brutta esperienza affidandosi alla Silvia.
RIVOLGETEVI A CLINICHE DOVE CI SONO EQUIPE DI MEDICI VETERINARI VERAMENTE COMPETENTI. ORA SONO SEGUITA PER I MIEI DUE CANI E la MIA GATTA DAI MEDICI DELLA CLINICA DELL’OROLOGIO A SASSO MARCONI DOVE SIAMO SEGUITI VERAMENTE BENE DA PROFESSIONISTI.

He was unable to diagnose my cat with kidney failure, he made me go to the clinic when there was nothing more to do and after 4 days of intensive care I had to have her put down. And many other people in the neighborhood have had this bad experience relying on Silvia.
