Fortunatamente non ho potuto testare situazioni gravi o molto delicate ma dalla gestione dei parassiti del cucciolo, all'alimentazione a tutte le piccole cose che però possono peggiorare e/o preoccupare i padroni di un cane devo dire che siamo stati seguiti in maniera eccellente. Il rapporto con il cane è stato fantastico perché riesce a controllarlo in sede di visita, iniezioni e controlli come ne noi ne l'allevatore riusciamo a manipolarlo (piccolo molto restio nel farsi fare qualcosa che non vuole / conosce), è riuscita anche a rimanere molto simpatica al cucciolo nonostante si vedano solo per cose che il piccolo non vuole farsi fare. Luogo pulito e accogliente con piccola sala d'attesa e due studi interni in uno dei quali so (per esperienza nn diretta) che svolgono anche operazioni con altri aiuti di personale. Si trova in una zona abbastanza tranquilla e strategica ed anche se non ha posti auto è facile trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze e raggiungere lo studio. Anche il rapporto personale è sempre stato molto positivo sia con me che con mia moglie, ci ha sempre spiegato molto chiaramente ogni cosa ed ha sempre avuto molta pazienza e disponibilità. Clean and welcoming place with a small waiting room and two internal studios in one of which I know (from direct experience) that they also carry out operations with other staff aids. It is located in a fairly quiet and strategic area and even if it does not have parking spaces, it is easy to find parking nearby and reach the studio. The personal relationship has also always been very positive both with me and with my wife, he has always explained everything very clearly to us and has always had a lot of patience and availability.

Quando Mia ha avuto bisogno, da ultimo per la sterilizzazione, loro sono state bravissime e anche molto presenti nel monitorare il decorso post operatorio. E da subito la mia cucciola è stata bene!!!
