Il nostro cane Diablo era stato dato per spacciato da altri veterinari in città, prospettandoci interventi demolitivi a seguito della rimozione di un tumore. Il dott. Amedeo ha dapprima fatto le lastre, analisi del sangue e altri check e poi ha operato, in maniera del tutto eccezionale, il nostro cagnolone. Il cane viene rilasciato al proprietario solo dopo essersi ripreso totalmente dall’anestesia. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e ora portiamo lui, ed anche i gatti da loro. La dott. Michela ha saputo trattare un’infezione virale nel gatto, è stata molto rapida e screpolosa evitando pericolose conseguenze per il gatto. Cordiali, disponibili e per niente venali. Li consiglio al 100% Grazie di tutto! I am super happy to have met Dr. Sonnacchio and his team. The dog is released to the owner only after he has fully recovered from the anesthesia. We had a great time and now we bring him, and the cats to them too. Dr. Michela was able to treat a viral infection in cats, she was very quick and chapped, avoiding dangerous consequences for the cat. Friendly, helpful and not at all venal. V	Vanni Ardizzone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco serio è molto maleducato che lavora solo per speculazione, spesi 180 euro per liberare la vescica ad un gattino di sabato per poi tornare il lunedì perché il sabato sera il gatto era punto è a capo, abbiamo chiesto di liberare di nuovo la vescica e di fare un intervento per risolvere il problema (ovviamente pagando) definitivamente e la dottoressa si è rifiutata dicendo che non si poteva fare cacciandoci fuori dall’ ambulatorio con brutti modi dicendo anche: “Se non avete soldi potete anche farlo morire.” Quando il problema principale non era il pagamento ma la salute del mio gatto. Quando poi da un altro veterinario lo hanno già ricoverato per ripulire bene la vescica e finire il lavoro della dottoressa in questione è per fare degli accertamenti per poi operarlo. Ho avuto dei rapporti per il mio cane con la Dr.ssa Ravo, brava professionalmente e come carattere. Sa come porsi con gli animali che gli vengono affidati, con dolcezza e fermezza. Lo consiglio per chi vuole stare tranquillo nella gestione del proprio cane o gatto.

Alla richiesta di una visita ortopedica ci hanno sconsigliato di farla perché a detta della dottoressa sarebbero solo stati soldi buttati. Ora 5 mesi dopo abbiamo scoperto (dopo la visita del dottore della clinica stessa)che il cane ha una quasi certa displasia non più operabile per via dell’età. Sarebbe bastata meno superficialità e l’evitare di sconsigliare una visita se non si è certi. Ora la vita di un povero cucciolo sarà condizionata per sempre dalla leggerezza di una dottoressa. Ovviamente hanno ammesso l’errore e se ne sono lavati le mani. Non vedrete mai più noi e chiunque conosciamo. We have taken my partner's dog for multiple visits since he was a puppy.
