m	marco tare on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PROFESSIONALITA"........e continua ricerca di cure attraverso lo studio e gli aggiornamenti ......... ultima spiaggia ...... il mio gatto presentava i classici sintomi della gastroenterite, sono stato da ben 3 veterinari .tutti molto distaccati e freddi come se il gatto fosse gia morto ,,,,,,,,,classica cura di antibiotici e antinfiammatori e la classica frase "speriamo passi la notte"....... un amico mi ha consigliato il dott dicesare, che ha preso in cura il mio gatto come se fosse il suo ,,,,,,,,,,, integrando alla classica una cura NATURALE, ......piu passavano i gg i piu il gatto migliorava.......oggi finalmente e'tornato a mangiare i suoi croccantini ,,,,,,, voglio solo dire al dottore e al suo staff di medici ........grazie grazie grazie PROFESSIONALISM "........ and continuous search for treatments through study and updates ......... last resort ...... my cat had the classic symptoms of gastroenteritis, I have been to 3 vets. all very detached and cold as if the cat was already dead ,,,,,,,,, classic antibiotic treatment and anti-inflammatories and the classic phrase "let's hope you'll spend the night" ....... a friend advised me to doctor dicesare, who took care of my cat as if it were his own ,,,,,,,,,, integrating a NATURAL treatment to the classic, ...... the more the days passed, the more the cat got better ....... today it is finally back to eat its treats ,,,,,,, I just want to tell the doctor and his medical staff ........thanks thanks thanks
F	Federico Aniello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei esprimermi su una cosa spiacevole capitatomi. La dottoressa che ha effettuato la visita al mio cane è stata cordiale, gentile e professionale. Era la prima volta che portavo il cane a fare un'ecografia, e tenerlo fermo in quella particolare posizione con un continuo suo dimenarsi mi aveva un po' agitato. A un certo punto la dottoressa non riusciva a vedere bene il monitor dell'ecografia, e quindi aveva chiesto di chiudere una porta da cui filtrava la luce. Chiusa la porta, questa è stata riaperta poco dopo, con la luce che tornava a dare fastidio. Ero preoccupato che la dottoressa non riuscisse a vedere bene il monitor e a rintracciare eventuali problemi dall'ecografia, quindi ho chiesto : "Potete chiudere la porta?" Sarà stato il tono di voce, magari come l'ho detto, ma il "dottore" mi ha risposto con un educatissimo e professionalissimo "Stai zitto, fatti i fatti tuoi". È stata la prima volta che sono venuto, e non certo per perdere tempo visto che il mio cane ha diarrea e sangue da 20 giorni. Come detto ero agitato e forse il dottore era in una giornata no, ma l'impressione che mi ha dato è stata estremamente negativa. Non ci tornerò mai più. I soldi non comprano l'educazione. I would like to comment on an unpleasant thing that happened to me. The doctor who examined my dog was friendly, kind and professional. It was the first time I had taken the dog for an ultrasound, and holding it still in that particular position with its continuous wriggling had me a little agitated. At one point the doctor could not see the ultrasound monitor well, and so she had asked to close a door that was filtering the light. Once the door was closed, it was reopened shortly after, with the light returning to bother. I was worried that the doctor could not see the monitor properly and track down any problems from the ultrasound, so I asked, "Can you close the door?" It must have been the tone of voice, maybe as I said, but the "doctor" replied with a very polite and very professional "Shut up, mind your business". It was the first time I came, and certainly not to waste time since my dog has had diarrhea and blood for 20 days. As said I was agitated and maybe the doctor was on a bad day, but the impression he gave me was extremely negative. I will never go back. Money doesn't buy education.

Parla SEMPLICE per farti capire veramente le cose. Non timbra solo il cartellino.... If it didn't exist, they would have to invent it. PROFESSIONALISM, COMPETENCE, and something that never hurts LIKING AND EMPATHY with the customer. Speak SIMPLE to make you truly understand things. It doesn't just stamp the card ....
