Nella foto i corpi estranei che aveva il mio cane nelle zampe . La dott.ssa con fretta e superficialità non si è soffermata più di un minuto sul problema, prescrivendo oltretutto un antibiotico non adeguato all'età del cucciolo. Non la consiglio . Very bad experience. Superficial and unprofessional as well as commercial and without payment receipt. In the photo the foreign bodies that my dog had in his paws. The doctor with haste and superficiality did not dwell on the problem for more than a minute, prescribing, moreover, an antibiotic that was not adequate for the puppy's age. I don't recommend it.

La chiamai una domenica mattinata alle 8 , era il 22 ottobre 2018 , l unica a rispondermi senza conoscere il mio numero ed arrivo in ambulatorio con bimbe e cane al seguito pur di aiutarci... Oggi Frufrù sta benissimo ed io non posso che esserle grata. Mi piace dirle che è la madrina del mio peloso perché le dobbiamo tanto. Disponibile, dolce , professionale e sempre pronta a rispondere alle richieste. La consiglio sempre ai miei amici ,genitori di pelosetti. ❤️ Top! Fantastic doctor! Known three years ago, thanks to which my Frufrù still lives. I called her on a Sunday morning at 8, it was 22 October 2018, the only one to answer me without knowing my number and I arrive at the clinic with children and dog in tow just to help us ... Today Frufrù is fine and I can only be grateful . I like to tell her that she is the godmother of my furry friend because we owe her so much. D	Domenico Messina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha salvato la mia sofferente Cucciola di Golden dalla malattia più brutta per i nostri amici a quattro zampe, la leishmaniosi. Dopo una brutta esperienza in un altro ambulatorio ( che non aveva nemmeno suggerito un controllo generale delle malattie che potrebbero essere state in corso nella mia cucciola già dai primi mesi di vita) ho deciso di portarla nell’ambulatorio della dottoressa De Falco per un parere aggiuntivo e provare a risolvere la situazione. Dopo aver effettuato le analisi, la mia cucciola è risultata positiva a leishmaniosi, rickettsia che ehrlichia. Nel giro di un paio di settimane, iniziata la terapia suggerita dalla dottoressa, la mia cucciola è passata da letargica e sofferente ( con problematiche fisiche quali reazioni sulla cute e polpastrelli e pelle secca) a una Cagnolina super attiva, piena di energie e allegra. Devo davvero molto alla dottoressa de Falco, super professionale e pienamente dedicata al suo lavoro. Continueremo a seguire la dottoressa per i controlli necessari alla nostra cucciolina mantenendo un rispetto immenso per la professionalità dimostrata. He saved my ailing Golden Puppy from the worst disease for our four-legged friends, leishmaniasis. After a bad experience in another clinic (which had not even suggested a general control of the diseases that may have been going on in my puppy since the first months of life) I decided to take her to Dr. De Falco's office for an additional opinion and try to resolve the situation. After carrying out the tests, my puppy tested positive for leishmaniasis, rickettsia and ehrlichia. Within a couple of weeks, starting the therapy suggested by the doctor, my puppy went from lethargic and suffering (with physical problems such as reactions on the skin and fingertips and dry skin) to a super active dog, full of energy and cheerful. I really owe a lot to Dr. de Falco, super professional and fully dedicated to her work. We will continue to follow the doctor for the necessary checks for our puppy while maintaining immense respect for the professionalism shown.
