★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio coniglietto nano per la somministrazione di alcuni farmaci ( già in mio possesso) che gli sono stati prescritti. Non mi è affatto piaciuto il modo in cui ha trattato il mio coniglietto, strappandolo letteralmente per farlo uscire dalla gabbietta. È la prima volta che sento il mio coniglio emettere così tanti versi (e i conigli lo fanno solo quando provano dolore fisico) ed è la prima volta che vedo un dottore praticare manovre dolorose sul mio animaletto. Addirittura gli è scappato il coniglio dalla sua presa, meno male che io ero di fronte e l'ho preso! Al telefono, la sua assistente/segretaria mi aveva detto che il prezzo sarebbe stato misero, se non addirittura nullo, dato che i farmaci li avevo già comprati io. Al momento del pagamento, mi sono stati richiesti 20€. Dunque, ho dovuto pagare la somministrazione di farmaci che erano in mio possesso e dopo aver visto il mio coniglio in difficoltà. Sconsigliatissimo

Even the rabbit escaped from his grip, thank goodness I was in front of it and I caught it! On the phone, his assistant / secretary told me that the price would be low, if not zero, since I had already bought the drugs myself. At the time of payment, I was asked for € 20. Therefore, I had to pay for the administration of drugs that were in my possession and after seeing my rabbit in distress. Not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un gravissimo "errore di valutazione" mi ha portato via la mia gatta per sempre, morta tra atroci dolori.... Non potrei mai consigliare di affidarsi a questo ambulatorio veterinario.....
A very serious "error of assessment" took my cat away from me forever, who died in excruciating pain .... I could never recommend relying on this veterinary clinic .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se amate il vostro piccolo non portatelo qui!!!!sa benissimo chi sono...spero possa aiutare qualcuno nel dubbio della scelta di un bravo dottore, il signore in questione ha UCCISO la mia cagnolina di 8 anni e mezzo portandomela via per sempre, doveva operarsi e nonostante le mie preoccupazioni per la sua salute ha continuato a sostenere che le analisi andavano bene con molto distacco e non curanza senza approfondire più di tanto, la prima visita gentilissimo dopo la decisione dell operazione parlava a stento, la mattina dell operazione è arrivato 30 minuti in ritardo, non avevo dormito quella notte e volevo portarmela via perché di certo non era iniziata bene la giornata...avrei dovuto ascoltare la mia.bambina che piangeva e voleva tornare a casa...me l ha fatta addormentare dopo 5 min il suo arrivo...la giornata più brutta della mia vita...ero andata a vedere come stava alle 11...l ho sentita urlare...nessuno mi diceva niente e ho bussato per avere notizie e l assistente mi dice che è normale e che era un operazione "superficiale " invitandomi ad andare via e tornare per le 12.30...nemmeno il tempo di prender la macchina e mi chiamano dicendo che il cuore si era fermato ed era MEZZ ORA che provava a rianimarla...non posso descrivere nemmeno come mi sento ad averla portata da questo macellaio...ha fatto una vita da principessa ed è morta da sola in Gabbia senza la sua mamma...

I should have listened to my baby crying and wanted to go home ... she made me fall asleep 5 min after her arrival ... the worst day of my life ... I went to see how she was at 11 ... I heard her scream ... nobody said anything to me and I knocked for news and my assistant he says that it is normal and that it was a "superficial" operation inviting me to go away and come back by 12.30 ... not even the time to take the car and they call me saying that the heart had stopped and it was HALF HOUR that he was trying to revive her ... I can't even describe how I feel about having brought her to this butcher ... she led the life of a princess and died alone in the Cage without her mom ...
